Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were great, floor was dirty and a/c made a loud noise all the time.

Visible stains on chair, lsmpshspe and curtains. Place really needs a refresh. Front desk was wonderful and very professional. But, the property is just kind of gross.

Very uncomfortable beds, thin walls, the water pressure would go from barely dripping and then to normal pressure multiple times in a shower. Found a beer bottle cap on the floor of our room what was supposed to have been cleaned. Overall we were fine, but won’t stay again.

Not worth $200 a night but the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the worst. Little options and almost inedible.

The people and staff were very friendly and hard workers. But the door to go outside are right next to the window so there is no privacy. The blinds don't close all the way so it's easy for people to look in as they walk by. The bathtub floor felt like it was going to break. The beds were low quality. The door had trouble locking.

Not clean, bathroom fan did not work, bathtub floor made a really loud cracking sound with every step, AC unit was loud and kept us up at night. TV signal was terrible, kept getting interrupted every couple mins with min long blank screens.

I don’t know why this hotel doesn’t have a higher rating. For the price it is excellent value. Easy access from 15. There is a breakfast, with lots of hot and cold items, provided. Very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay here! Easy and fast check in. Had an issue with our hot water in our room, but was moved rooms without any issues. Great staff. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

We had a room with 2 queen beds we had booked off of hotels.com. When we arrived my wife decided she wanted a single King size bed instead of the 2 queens because none of our kids ended up coming on this trip with us. The staff was very nice and within a half hour had changed us to the single king without any extra charge. Win for us and a win for them. We stay in St George 3 or 4 times a year. We will be back again!

This Quality Inn was a little less quality than I was hoping. Several plugs didn’t work, but if they did there wasn’t anything close to set your phone on. The sink was clogged. And the tub sounded like it was hollow. Breakfast was ok but not great. For under $60 bucks a night it was fine for a few nights. The pool was heated and nice. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s in a convenient location, close to the freeway and tons of restaurants. It is clean-ish and the service is friendly. It was very noisy and in not the best area. I was awoken at 2:30 AM by a couple in an argument right outside my room, that made me feel quite unsafe. It’s definitely a “get what you pay for” kind of place. Besides all this, I will definitely stay there again.

Low Class hotel. Dirty, Noisy and would not return. The front desk staff and maintenance man were wonderful as far as taking care of several problems with the room quickly and with a very helpful and cheerful attitude. Their professionalism and kindness elevated my 1 star review to a three star.

From the moment I arrived the service was impeccable from fixing the reservation that had not been transmitted from Expedia to the hotel and greetings every day when I went to breakfast was amazing. The breakfast food was delicious waffles yogurts toast cereals eggs breakfast sausage and more

I’ve stayed at this location twice now and have been satisfied both times. Sure, the place shows a little wear, but the price point and offerings made it fine. I appreciate the ladies who oversee breakfast. They do a good job. No fruits offered but otherwise a very decent breakfast. The desk clerk has been informative and kind at check in. Great location on the east side of St George near I-15 and a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park. The only con I encountered during my first stay, I discovered a little patch of black mold on the ceiling where the roof clearly had leaked, but they apologized and said the roof was replaced and they’d seal the room and patch it up after I left. Overall, I’m satisfied with this hotel and appreciate it being the cheapest at my time of booking.

Enjoyed our short stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. We were going to check out early in the morning but the doors to the front desk were closed so we had to wait for it to open before we could leave.

Our room wasn’t clean there was still stuff in the fridge from someone else. Shower curtain was dirty it smelt bad and had spots all over it. The location of the hotel is great close to restaurants and gas station’s . Pretty quite area, pool was clean. Towels in our room were nice and clean. Not bad just wish they would clean better

This review is directed to Expedia. We were unable to stay in Quality Inn because they were unable to accommodate our dog, we showed up at 10pm and were informed that they had no dog rooms available. Expedia app let’s you filter your needs to include “pet friendly” however Expedia is not ensuring your room is pet friendly. The hotel cancelled our reservation and we were told to contact Expedia for a refund.
