Desk staff and valet were all very professional, polite & friendly! Room comfortable & clean. Close to several restaurants.

Was staying here for a concert that was connected to the hotel for convenience with parking but valet had no spots left and ended up paying over $60 for one night of parking after having to move the car around to find a spot to keep it overnight. The elevators took forever so we took the stairs instead. I've stayed at the Hyatt right next door before but opted for the Comfort Inn this time to budget but I think the Hyatt is worth the extra money. The valet was apologetic every time we did ask if a spot opened and front desk was friendly.

We were in Miami for a couple of nights to attend baseball games. The hotel is right on the Miami River and next to a metromover stop. Great restaurants are close to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It could use some updating but overall was great. We decided to valet our vehicle which was convenient. The guys running the valet service were very fast, efficient and friendly. The breakfast was not great.

Workers were only rude to us as it was a big group of 20 year olds and older adults were doing the same thing

Everything was great except they haven’t released my $250 they charged for Incidentals

The breakfast lines were very long and poorly managed. The waffle station was holding up every one. It needs to be in a separate location and with the high number of guests in hotels there should be 4 waffle presses.

The location is cheap and pretty convenient for Brickell and for waiting for a cruise but it is not worth it. The pure frustration related to the upkeep of the hotel will drive you insane. There was one working elevator for a 14 floor, maybe 16 floor, hotel. Every time, day or night, we waited 10 -25 minutes for the elevator. Which is necessary when you're trying to get up to your room. Ridiculous. Even if the second elevator was working, it would not be enough for this hotel and the number of floors and people coming and going. Breakfast time? Forget about the elevator. Check-out? It's not happening. One couple said they'd been waiting 30 minutes for an elevator to take them down from the 8th floor. If you're in a hurry or are pressed for time or anything - give yourself an extra hour of travel time, just for the elevator. Others said they'd stayed there previous years and the same elevator did not work and that this experience this time - they would not stay here again. I believe them. Breakfast was fake eggs, pork sausage, make your own waffles (1 iron), peach yogurt, mini muffins and it just all tasted cheap and was disgusting. Couldn't eat it. Pros - our suite (2 queens and pullout) was huge, bathroom was huge, and the AC was awesome in the room.
