Cons-The area of the property was a little sketchy at first. Sits back in a wooded area. Hallway on the 5th floor smelled moldy/mildewed. Bed sheets were thin. WiFi didn’t work during stay.
Pros-Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff were polite. Location is in a good place with plenty of places around for food, gas, etc. Convenient to uptown Charlotte.

This is a good value hotel. It's not a resort, you're just getting a reasonably priced room if you stay here. During my stay (4/2026), it seemed like the place was old, but gets better than average maintenance. Everything in my room worked and I could take a long, hot shower each morning. There was a strong smell from some kind of cleaning product or deodorizer in the hallway, but it didn't bother me in my room.
