Nothing worked, lights, toilet, tub drain & refrig. Room also had bad odor

The hotel is old and dirty. Housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms and had to ask for new towels several days. Tub didn't drain. Would never stay here again.

It was bad! The rooms were filthy. Hair, bugs, and used toilet paper in the bathroom at check in. It was late at night when we checked in and had no where else to go. Told the manager in the morning and he couldn’t have cared. Did not even apologize. Said we wanted the rooms CLEANED. Came back that night, rooms had not been cleaned. Even the young kids was disgusted. Will be contacting corporate regarding this.

Quite and convenient to where we needed to be. Could have been a lot cleaner first room we was given was dirty bed had not been made and the sheets were dirty

Our beds were never properly made. It was comfortable we had room. It was a nice stay except for that beds.

Found one of the bed linens to have trash on the fitted sheet and a blood stain. I slept on my own linen I had brought from home. My husband had to tighten the bathroom handle as it was so lose it was hard to lock. The tv remote was broken

Check in was friendly. Room was dirty, bed and pillows were not comfortable. No ice. The cereal in the breakfast room had bugs in it. The door wouldn't lock; it had to be worked on. We won't stay there again.

Disappointed in room condition- sink cracked-bathroom moldy and furniture scratched and not comfortable. Carpet not vacuumed very well and breakfast was disappointing. Will not return.

The pillows had stains on them as well that were concerning. I am not thrilled about laying my head on white bedding with light yellow stains… Other than that our stay was nice. Room was just ok. Curtains wouldn't close, rods to close were broken off and laying below. Not enough plug ins & some of them didn't work. Extension cord to lamp & clock had a broken area that was concerning. Everything was old & outdated. This happened to be a reward night that we didn't have to pay for, definitely wouldn't pay to stay there. Only picked this place because friends were staying there also. Not up to Wyndham standards that I have had at places before.

Complained and we moved to another room the 2nd day. The hotel is old and in disrepair. The lobby closes at 10 so no help there. You would think certain standards would be met if this is a Wyndam property. Will not be back to this hotrl

The staff seemed to care and try to provide good service but the property was not well kept and was dirty. Our ac unit was broken and had a block of ice on the motor, which also caused a bad odor.

The gentleman that runs this hotel is amazing. He works around the clock, has excellent customer service skills and truly wants to provide the best experience. This hotel is what you should expect for the price range. I'm sure the manager is what is driving the higher scores.

Once arrived we checked in and toted all our luggage up only to find the room was filthy and smelled awful, called the front desk politely asked for a clean room only to have manager/front desk clerk short and rude with me. He did put us in another room only for this room to be unclean and dirty as well..you could definitely tell the carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom floor behind the door. after changing rooms again we figured this was best he had and we went through a half bottle of Clorox wipes wiping down the room before we could feel comfortable to stay.
The next morning we went down for breakfast only to be made to feel unwelcome and unwanted by this same manager.. we did not return for breakfast after that during our stay. There was no service of any type, we had to take out our trash daily and go to front desk to pick up/dropoff towels. I would not recommend this stay to anyone! We left very disappointed with our decision to stay at this location.

When checking in I had ask for a ground floor room because I have conjestive heart failure.I was given a room where I had to walk the lenth of 2 building and then 3 rooms down. Room was really hot. We turned air on. Itwas either high or low. Tv had to turn volume up all way and barely hear it. When tellin the manager he said you can't turn it up all the way. Next morning he came to check on tv. He then told us we had the door open too much. Thats why it would cool. We only had it open to get the 5 of us inside. I thought he told me to put towels outside and when we needed towels to come to office. We did that before we left for day so they would have them to wash. When we got back about 3 my daughter went to get towels. When asked the room number she couldnot remember .she told thewrong number. He told her to try again. He also told her we were to bring dirty ones down when we wanted new ones. Lucky that they didnt get damaged or we would have been charged. My daughter isis 54.I understand having noone to clean our room but on checkin handing me a bag with toliet paper and soap. I had sent a message needing a roll away. He would have to check. We checked back over an hour later and was told it wouldn't be instant.I just want to know it he had one or if I needed to go by a blow up. When ordering the reservation I always put the k8ds ages in.the manager asked there ages, I was told anyone over 12 was an adult so was charged $10,00 a night more. The rooms were very old. I’m t looked nothing like the picture. It smelled horrible. It was way over price. It should have been about $50 a night instead of $80. They do not have a buffet like they said. That’s great by I chose this one and bc the room pic looked nice. On the so called buffet you made waffles, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bananas, granola bar, cereal, and instant oatmeal. For the in the area it should’ve had an amazing buffet and updated room. The staff was very nice.

The room was damp and dingy. The furniture was scuffed and banged up. Even the pictures were hung upside down. We had 3 tissues in the Kleenex box and only about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper with no extras in the room. When we called up to the desk to request more tissues no one answered the phone. All of that considered, we decided not to take a chance eating any breakfast food that was offered by the hotel the next morning. We will never stay in a Days Inn again.

I like had they had a wagfle maker to make your own waffles for breakfast. Although i didn't use it, i thought that was pretty cool. It was nice clean and quiet.

We found dead roaches in our room!! When my husband confronted the “manager” Bav about it, he was already aware there was a problem! Room was musty/moldy smelling. Extremely outdated. The fridge didn’t work. Carpet was dirty. The dresser drawers were dirty inside & you wouldn’t want to use them! The bathroom floor was sticky. We had originally booked the hotel for two nights. We decided not to stay the second night & the manager Bav wouldn’t reimburse us. Won’t be staying there again!
