The over all experience was really good. The parking was easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about everything. The enviroment around you made you feel like a winner if you won or lost. Plus the buffet was really good. We had a great time and will definately go back. Thank you

Our stay was going great. Had a good time in the restaurant and at the casino. Returned to the room and when to bed.so nice,but at 6 o'clock the next morning the alarm on the clock sounded off. House keeping did not reset the alarm. That's why my stay was not a good one. Maybe next time?

No personality during check in. Dry staff that was not personal at all. Bed was broken, room was smelly, and water pressure was terrible when I tried taking a shower

Enjoyed the clean crisp room and bed. Bathroom was really great. Public areas were also nice. The all you can eat offerings were generous, varied and tasty.. I even won a little bit of cash !

My wife had a health problem while in the resort and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and concerned for her welfare. We were very impressed.

Why did I have to pay Expedia $106 and Goldstrike $73 for a room advertised for $55? I would have planned something different for $179. Could you give me a refund.

We stayed in room 2747 One of the pillow cases had something all over it looked like it wasn’t washed. The tile floor in the room was really sticky the carpet also felt dirty and sticky like it needs steamed cleaned or something. We wore our sandals the entire time in the room. The towels looked really dingy or dirty had something on 2 of them. Food service was excellent ordered a pizza it was delicious. We have stayed here several times and this was the only time we’ve had this happen where nothing looked clean. Also had to turn the air on 65 and leave it running the entire time auto would not kick on until it was hot in the room.

We didnt like the fact that the "Sweet Tea" (I believe that was the name of it) was suppose to open at 6:00, but they didnt get set up until way after. We left without ordering.

Service was amazing! All the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and pretty modern. Elevators made a few noises that freaked me out but overall a great place to stay!

I booked a room for Jan. 14th and due to the weather had to leave on the morning of the 14th to Nashville. So glad I did! Mucho snow!!!! However after much searching for a way to cancel the room I learned that I couldn't cancel the room that late (had to be before 12:01 AM) and then I would be charged fees up to the price of the room. I just wish that there could have been some way to be forgiven the room cost (or at least some of it), however I was not able to do that. Had to eat the cost.

This place was very nice, comfortable, quiet although we didn’t go up to our rooms until 4:30-5am. Long night.. room was great. Beds are comfy and was really quiet for being in a casino

Rooms felt like a roadside motel—dirty and everything in the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. If you aren’t a smoker, don’t stay here. The worst part about this hotel was the towels. Every single towel in both rooms had poop streak stains on them. I am not kidding—it was awful.

They dont allow people to get in pool/hot tub that dont spend a lot of money gambling. We will find a room in Memphis/Hollywood next time.

Room was not clean...The bathroom, furniture and something was all over the entry door on the inside. We were surprised that the majority of staff we encountered were not friendly or welcoming, especially those who were working for tips. We do not intend to return.

I have always enjoyed coming to stay here but I feel like it might be getting worse now that MGM sold it to another company. The AC in my room was barely functional and found long hairs still lingering on the bathroom floor. The elevators seem dirty and they make awful noises like it’s unsafe. Ordered breakfast at the cafe there and it took forever. Seems like the employees are lazy. Maybe I’ll stay elsewhere next time. Horseshoe next door isn’t bad

Had to wait for them to locate my reservation and they had to move us 3 times at 11:00pm because of no heat in rooms! They did finally comp the room though after a pretty good conversation!

I and my wife went to Gold strike to celebrate our weeding anniversary, and to just get away. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the meal. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating!

I booked and paid through Expedia. When I arrived at hotel they charged me an additional 79 dollars. I asked why I was being charged twice for the room. The lady at the desk became argumentative and stated I booked through a third party and they don’t know what they charged me so we are charging you. I stated the room was already paid for. Reply doesn’t matter! Never will stay there again!!

The staff at the hotel, the buffet, the steak house were all very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Several were very rude. The room was clean and comfortable! The staff and dealers in the casino were very nice and helpful!!

Keep in mind that the Tunica casino area has shrunk from maybe ten casinos down to five or so, therefore most likley the staff at all of these casinos has probably gone downhill but the wait staff at the MGM BET grill acted like they hated their jobs and it took way to long to eat The food was good but we were so mad at the wait staff that the $1000 I was going to go bet with they never got a dime of becuase we went straight to the room and didnt bet anymore and didnt want to spend another dime at the Gold Strike and will not ever come back

After driving from Amarillo TX (long drive) , i get the room 1106 and asked for one card. Went up, didn’t work, went down to reception to change it, gave me new one, went up again , didn’t work either. Reception staff was great and gave me a room at 2121, 10 floors higher, card was working but room smelled weird, like a pharmacy! Left first thing in the morning. Stayed at better and cleaner places for half the cost. Not impressed

Evrrything was fine. There was no working charging port in the room which caused us to not be able to charge our phones. Quite a bit of dust on tv fixture but overall not a bad stay.
