Wonderful customer service! Check in was handled professionally and "Wendy's mom" was helpful and super personable. Clean, convenient, parking, elevator, breakfast, shuttle service begins at 4am, noon checkout. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Tics all the boxes for a traveler level hotel. Also, the price was the same as the truly dreadful bait and switch hotel we fled before coming here.

No pool or spa, gym is small but facilities are clean and most importantly the staff was amazing , clean and afford, free parking and free breakfast till 9am . Very peaceful. I recommend it , FBI building is right next door . So yeah super safe . Enjoy the birds
