Front office staff were friendly and gave us suggestions on sites to see. The staff cleaned the fitness center very thoroughly. Our room was clean as well. The beds were too soft and hurt our back. We had a dog and the side door keycard scanner wasn’t working so it made us take our dog past the front entrance which was not as convenient. Big sign says “Breakfast open 7-11a”, but breakfast area was closed at 9:30 when I arrived. I didn’t see anywhere where it said it closed at 9:30. I would have rated our stay better due to great staff but because of these things I couldn’t.

The room was decent. There wasn’t A lot of guest or so it appeared because the parking lot was always empty so A room with A view would have been nice we just had A view of the roof and the back of the front of the hotel. The main issue is other than the room every inch of that hotel was cold. The counter folks were always warming up next to A portable heater. The hallways, public restroom. We couldn’t even sit in the dining room for breakfast as it was comparable to Antarctica. Friendly staff except the guy front counter man came into the dining who creepingly just stood there staring at my wife as she was making herself A cup of coffee. She finally asked him if he needed anything when he snapped out of his staring to grab some creamers for the front desk.

I've stayed here before. The prices seem to be a good value for the area; and everything is usually great. This trip, I was in room 311, and it's across the hall from some sort of machine (heater, AC unit?, unknown), but about every hour and a half, it would make a REALLY loud sound, that woke me up throughout the night. So I'd say the hotel is fine... but maybe stay away from rooms around 311.

Expedia advertised this hotel has free breakfast but it was not. When I checked in the hotel about it , I was informed Expedia is showing wrong info

This hotel has been around a long time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; the rooms are large and clean; the location is handy.

Strong smell of mold. Repainting didn’t solve the problem. No complimentary breakfast. Basic cable with no movie channels. However, staff was helpful and the TV was new.

Easy to find, lots of parking and easy access to major highways. Immediate neighbours are service locations, eg., gas station, automotive services, etc., lots of vacant space.

Room was very clean. But no breakfast Sunday and Monday and Tuesday we were told breakfast was only for a tour group not for anyone else. And 1 of the young staff was rude. No acknowledgement at all and when i asked suggestions for redwoods, he only gave me 1 suggestion and it was actually at Yosemite not redwoods.

The noise was very loud first night and it wasn’t a safe feeling. Many homeless that were in parking lot. The didn’t even clean the room the 2nd night we stayed.

My stay was overall very good, the hotel was clean and everything was in working order. The bed was very comfortable and so we're the pillows. But unfortunately only had three pillows on my bed.....that was a little odd because they didn't even line the headboard as you'd expect them to......otherwise no complaints.
