Cheap and was a place to rest. TV channel selection was great. Unfortunately the room smelled a little dust. There was a crack and dip in the bathroom tile. The TV had a line on the screen. Breakfast was minimal. Bed was decent. Wasn’t to bad. Overall a good place to stay for sleep only.

Besides the reception, the place was bad quality. The tub had rusted or random stains. There are no room lights instead only lamps. The room smell of smoke, they didn’t provide regular towels only hand and face towels, and I found random wrappers and stains left under the bed, by the table or on the door peak hole. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The front desk attendant was rude and nasty. Our room - floors walls sheets and bathrooms were filthy! At 8 am (breakfast was supposed to go to 9 am) there was no coffee no sad bread wrapped in clear trash bags from the room no sugar creamer or tea bags. They said there was no more of anything. There were 10 adults just begging for a cup of coffee. The place was so run down - worse than anything I have ever seen - and we are always fine with simple 2 star motels. This place was too disgusting for a rodent to stay happily. Stay away!!

There was no coffee makers in the room. I had to go back to the front desk to get extra towels. Because there's only one towel, One wash rag, & a floor towel. The towels were dingy and dirty. There was hair still in the bathtub and in the sink of the bathroom. The toilet had black Rings all the way around it, with hair. I had to clean the entire bathroom just to be able to take a shower. The water that came out of the shower was brown. The bed didn't look like the sheets had been changed for a while, did not look like it had been vacuumed.The refrigerator was dirty, and the heat didn't work correctly. I will never stay there again. Other than my daughter being in for a dr apt. I would appreciate a discount or 1night stay for wed 3/2023- my birthday or fri 3/22/24 - daughter is coming in for a dentist appt

I have stayed in super 8s several times but this place is horrible staff is horrible I showed up at 5pm and my room wasn’t ready the place smell like they smoke in the lobby tried to cancel my stay and couldn’t get a refund witch I didn’t care wasn’t staying there anyways would have rather stayed in my vehicle than there.

Smells like pit/weed!! Everywhere! Dirty! Sketchy people coming in off street! Front Desk clerk smokes pot/weed in room next to counter! Ran out of milk for cereal. Ran out of coffee. Towels thread bare. No blanket! Coverlet this as a sheet and DUSTY!! No coffee pot in room. Dirty. Ugly. Downtrodden.

I don't expect much from roadside motels, but this room was in in terrible repair: gap in the wall by the heating/AC unit that allowed a breeze in; warped door such that the bolt did not work; only chair in the room was crooked. Front desk staff person was cheerful and pleasant. Next time through the area I plan to pass this one by.

Backdoor lock was broken. After trying the key multiple times I found the light never changed from red. Check in lady did not think to tell me until I had already made a trip back around hotel to find out that I would need to do just pull the handle. It made me nervous knowing the building could be entered by anyone.

Cold coffee, no one at desk in am, asked for working air dryer for 3 days, said we will find one , then 3rd day said no! Worked outside with wet hair. No juice or water for tea for breakfast.

I had left a Travel Lodge motel because it was intolerable to stay because room was next to utility room where A/C operated but at Super 8 this particular Super 8 request a $100 too back up the reservation . I'm out in my car. Money low...LOL

After booking online. When arrived at 10pm. Other customers upset and complaining. Clerk demanded $100 cash only or could no access the room that was reserved on Credit Card. Explained to her as others did. That didn’t have that in cash and could put it on our CC. She refused and demanded cash or we wouldn’t be allowed access to our room. We left and drove several hours to get back home. Never use this location.

Not much did I like, no attendant on duty when trying to check in. Shower curtain had mold on bottom. TV,lamps did not work. 2 different size pillows, screen on window torn, chewing gum on under side of handrail on stairs, broken tiles on bathroom floor, wall under bathroom sink broken, no breakfast items at 8:15 am, rusty towel rack, freezer needed defrosted, overall bad experience at this location. Will never stay at another Super 8 motel in future.

There was a smashed cockroach on the wall in the room and black mold on the ceiling tile in the hallway. in one picture you can see where the water and mold ran down the wall.

Do not go by the pictures that they advertise. This place is not what it looks to be. We came to town for cheer competition this weekend and I would have honestly rather got up and drive for 5 hours to get to where we had to go. We had a total of 3 rooms. And each room was not good at all. First we saw little bugs of some sort crawling on the walls. And on the tables. Then when the lights went out the roaches came out. We went to the front desk and they acted like we were stupid.

Super 8 Hotels used to be a lot better 1 year ago but don't know what happened all of sudden. Only good thing is it's near to expressway. -They falsely says to serve breakfast, give only waffles in breakfast (no milk, No cheerios, No Fruits, No corn flakes only waffle). -Bedsheet and bed covers had see through holes. I have stayed in many-many super 8 hotels earlier and they used to be OK-OK (if not good) but after my recent 2-3 experiences I will never book Super 8 hotels again in my life.

No trash can in the room. A dead roach in the frig. And saw live ones too. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and neither did the blow dryer. The staff was less than friendly.

After entering are room we decided to leave, the bathroom was dirty with poop on the toilet seat and the fan made a very loud noise, the refrigerator had something growing in it andso much ice built up the door didnt want to open and close, the air conditioner shut off with a loud bang wasnt sure if it would continue to work but it would have woken us up evertime it cycled the compressor. We not only left but canceled our later reservation at this hotel, both were non refundable.

I didn’t like that the first room they gave me the toilet didn’t flush properly, the refrigerator and the tv didn’t work and made me wait about 15 minutes them to come check, before moving me to a different room if everything worked properly in the first one I would have never asked to be moved. I just wanted to get settled in and relax after traveling all day

This hotel needs some serious help. We were scheduled for 2 nights, but left after 1. It was dirty. The "breakfast" was no show - no coffee and only 3 prepackaged waffles. We tried locating anyone that worked there, even standing in front of the check in window and calling out, but nobody was there. We tried getting a refund for our second night, but was refused.
