The staff and location are perfect! Staying in this beautiful property, trust you will be well taken care of by lovely people! They arranged an early check in and to hold our bags when arrived early, arranged our car for an early morning flight with a breakfast box, and were delights.
The rooms are bigger than I thought, the challenge is the air conditioning was not strong enough for this Canadian and my Norwegian friend. It did work but just never got cool for sleeping.
The location was perfect to get fresh air along the river and walk to explore Florence.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that’s included in the stay was delicious! The air conditioning worked well, however a few nights did get a little warm at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Flight was very delayed, arrival at night, staff were helpful with booking a car to the hotel. Worth the extra cost and we saw a few sights by night
Hotel was excellent - room was great - super location - plentiful breakfast.
We really enjoyed river/people watching.
Tried the terrace but it was too hot to stay out long.
Once in the city we took a taxi back to the airport.
