Elevator broke with heart condition and two broken toes climbing to 6th floor a struggle bartender was rude waiter was nice burger ordered was extremely salty but a different bar attendee gave a discount on my meal young gentleman at the front doors was very kind to offer to take our luggage to room

The rooms are very dated but comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check-in. The location is great as well. My main issues are that there is no AC and the bathroom area of my room stunk very strongly of cigarette smoke, which thankfully didn't permeate as far as the farther bed with the ceiling fan on. All things considered for the price and the area I would stay here again depending on the time of year.

Beautiful location. The Artisan restaurant is very good, Since the property does NOT have AC, being on the 7th floor was not ideal! It was too warm for a good nights sleep. We found that leaving the screened windows open was not a good idea....screens not sealed at the top, so had several bees/wasps come into the room.

Fairly disappointing. Rooms were too small, bathroom tub was broken and leaked. No ability to take bath, as stopper was missing. Pool had WAY too much chlorine - kids swam and were crying at the end with skin irritation and very red eyes. Staff could kinda care less.

Hairs left in shower and shower drains very poorly causing you to have feet submerged in water. Took over 30mn for shower water to drain (not a long shower). After a long day, all we wanted was a shower before going to bed. They offered to fix in the morning (maintenance no show so far at night).

Convenient location and nice staff. Though the property is old- toilet issues, leaky sink with wet carpet that needed to be fixed and bathing suit left from previous visitor. Room could have used a bit more attention. Not sure it was worth the $ paid.

This was one of the worst places that I have stayed in the United States. Horribly overpriced, short staffed, overflowing trash in the hallways, absolutely nowhere in the hotel to work and out of date. No mods since the 1970’s. Appear to be milking the amortization. Do not stay here!

This is a great hotel. Some pros: location, near the bus stop, near the lift, near the hot, hot tub. Some cons: the room smell like someone been drying their ski boots with a boot dryer. However, you can crack a window in your room to help with the smell.

It was conveniently located right next to Snowmass mountain. Easy in to get the mountain and short walk to to restaurants and mall/ shopping. The place needs updating and the staff are nice and friendly.

Location is really good for closeness to slopes and small mall with restaurants and ski rentals for people without a car. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The location is excellent in regards to the slopes and Snowmass Village and Mall. The property is clean and well run, but the facilities are worn. The bathtub spout leaked resulting in mold on the splash tiles, one of the bed lights didn't work, one of the stand lights didn't work, the large hot tub was out of order for two days, one night there were no towels for the hot tub/pool, the radiant heat never warmed the room above 69 despite being set to 78. These were all minor things, but they were noticeable and not what I would have expected from Hyatt.

The hotel was nice overall and the beds where comfortable. A little outdated but clean and great location. The staff at the Resturant were amazing! The front desk staff was okay, but a little tense around the manager, probably because he undermines them by the way he talks to them. The manager Miguel Delgado has to be the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever met in the hospitality industry. We were charged double, complained about our charge to the manager and he just kept talking over me. He wouldn’t tell my why we were charged twice, even though I asked him over 8 times. Just basically said that he was right and that’s it. We had reach out directly to the corporate office to resolve our issue, because we could not get passed that he was right and we were wrong! Be careful when checking out, keep all receipts, ask for a breakdown on all charges on paper and keep all credit card receipts. Check all your credit card charges on your card’s website before leaving, check everything! As long as he is the manager there, we will not stay there again. Unfortunately we do not trust him and due to our bad experience, we just can’t recommend the hotel, it’s just not worth the aggravation!

Mixed bag - staff was great at checking us in early, when sister wasn’t feeling well. But despite assuring me that we wouldn’t need to do anything when stay was extended, keycards didn’t work and requested items were not provided - hotel knew we were staying another day, but housekeeping thought that we’d checked out.

This property was the WORST don’t stay here! The place was dirty and rude and the manager never even came out of her office to assist with any issues! I would never stay here again! I didn’t even stay the other days I booked for because I was so dissatisfied! And the manager REFUSED to give my money back the nights I wasn’t even there! DONT STAY HERE it will be a waste!

High up in the mountains above Breckenridge. We had a very large room with picture windows. We could not stop looking at the heavenly view, and at night the sky was full of stars. The room had all the usual facilities, plus a large fireplace with gas fire.

We had a very nice stay. Couple issues… Water pressure was fair. Room was clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet considering our room was next to main entrance and some sort of utility room with a quiet knock knock knock every so often. I’m a light sleeper and it was interrupting. Also, someone knocked in our door looking for his brother at 1:30 am. Once I’m woken up, I don’t get back to sleep very easily. We ran the bathroom fan for some white noise. Had breakfast and dinner in hotel restaurant… pancakes were yummy. Hubby had eggs. Dinner good. My husband didn’t like elk sliders… over cooked. Trout good. Salad with steak good. We would stay here again, but book direct with hotel; cheaper than third party.

For the most part our stay was ok. Room was clean and nice. Pool area was also nice, and very clean. Downfalls were, there is no air conditioning, and it was 90 degrees outside, and we were on the next to last floor, so even with the fan and windows open, it was HOT in our room. Also our room was right above the entrance, and since we had to have our windows open due to no air conditioning, it was pretty loud outside from busses and vehicles while we were trying to sleep. Also the restaurant is currently not open every night, so that was also a bit of a bummer. It just doesn't seem to be the most summer friendly place to stay.

We only stayed one night in the summer. The hotel room furniture was outdated, and pieces were mismatching. We got our room on the 4th floor, the ground floor. Unfortunately, our window was opening to the entrance of the lobby. At arrival, the window was slightly open, and there was a notice to keep it eco-friendly; we should keep it like that, which was impossible because of the noise. Also, the bed was placed so close to the wall that it was uncomfortable to get in and out of the bed at that side. We weren't pleased with the room.
