The worst Hamilton I ever stayed in. None of the vending or ice machines worked. Had to buy soft drinks at front desk for $2 more than price on vending machine. Bathroom had such a sewer smell was almost unbearable. Toilet howled noise when flushed. No exhaust vent in bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Hotel is in safe area and has well lit parking. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping.

Got to the desk and the staff were completely friendly and helpful. Quick check-in process. Got to my room and it was clean so i did my usual bed inspection. Worst mattress ever. Felt like layimg on plywood and I could feel every spring. Needless to say i went back down to the lobby, told them the situation, and the manager was very understanding and gave me a full refund.

The room was a nice size for a family of 5. Breakfast hours were great. The pool needs addressed; it has way too much chlorine in it. The pool was right by our room and the smell was awful.

Beautiful hotel and very cost effective. The suite he has perfectly fit our family of five with even some more room. We had a great view of Scottsbluff and the breakfast was delicious!!

The lady doing breakfast was really rude on Sunday morning… there was no food available and she wouldn’t make anymore kids went without food no milk waffles no eggs nothing

The hotel was nice the cleanness could have been better. The lamp shades stains( looked like blood) as well as the bed sheet. When booking the way it is described is as if its a kitchen. Its a mini fridge with a sink and microwave. The shower heads are terrible and the pillows are worse. We still had a good stay. I will say that the doors to the rooms should close faster for safety reason. Overall a good hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was great. The beds were a little hard and very squeaky. Any little move was heard by everyone in the room. Other than that it was a great quick stay.

When I arrived to ask if an early check-in would be possible, the woman at the front desk didn’t not even wait for me to finish my sentence before she stated, “we are sold out so it’s not possible. It’s summer so that’s the way it is.” Thankfully, everyone else at the hotel made up for the rudeness of this one person.

I chose this hotel as it was pet friendly, but was not informed of a $50.00 fee until checkin. Other hotels I have stayed at were either $10 or $20 dollars. Had I known of the $50 fee I would not have booked this hotel.
