Clean and practical. Good service. Not far from downtown. Easy parking. Good size comfortable rooms. No laundry service.

Stayed there after staying a night at the Hilton Knoxville, and night and day difference between the 2. The Chattanoogan is way under priced for the caliber of stay that it is, staff was top tier and professional as one can be, room was clean as can be, parking was easy, could walk to many shops and food, and what you couldn’t walk to was no more than a 2-3 minute drive. We exited the parking lot and already booked another weekend there for our next trip up in may. Will recommend this place to every person I possibly can.

We really liked staying here! With 2 girls there was lots of space in our big room we got a suite and the area around it was great with lots of restaurants around it! Staff was friendly and Starbucks inside the hotel was a huge mom win! They were also super friendly in the Starbucks!

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. We love a lot about this hotel however this time it really fell short. The glasses were absolutely disgusting. With literal milk stain in the bottom of one glass and lip makers all over the other. I found jewelry in the bedroom floor which leads me to believe it wasn’t vacuumed. After these issues we asked for a late check out and were denied. Just seems like they missed the mark this time.

Front desk not welcoming and not trained to focus on simple check in problem. This set a negative impression on arrival. Bathroom finishes worn looking and toilet didn't function necessitating call for repair. Shower lip not high enough which caused a lot of shower water to leak over the floor. General cleanliness good. For room rate paid and level of Hilton, this property lacked some basic amenities such as charging station/outlet on bedside table for both sides of King bed, not just one. A luggage rack for a second suitcase would have been appreciated so the second guest's bag wouldn't have to be opened on the floor. Cannot really recommend and expected more from Hilton.

I spend about 45-60 days a year in Hotels. Unfortunately Hilton name is no more a guarantee for qualty. This Hotel does not appear on GPS. So we were lost. Even the sign of the hotel is unlit and you can't see it unless you are right in front of it. We arrived the hotel around 9 PM after 8 hours drive. We were told the room service is available until 10 PM. When called at 9:30 the room service said that they are closed because the work was slow. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor supposed to be open until 11 PM. They told us they are closing early because they are slow. So we can't eat there and take the food to our room. Next day the room was not made. We were told that during the stay room is made once and you have to come down to the reception and request the room to be made. Two water bottles were provided on arrival. After that water bottles were declined and we had to buy it. What offends me is that little things like water is being sold for profit ! I paid over $550 for our stay. I could have paid $15-25 more for drinking water. The WC in the toilet was broken and it would constantly leaking water. I have decided not to choose Hilton again. I see their service degrading progressively over last several years.

Likes: nice property, good food, convenient to attractions, nice decor. Staff was friendly.
Dislikes: Small microwave in side room for entire floor of guests. Ice machine wasn’t working on our floor. Front desk agents seemed uninformed about options and ideas for activities/food in the area, including the hotel restaurants best dishes or recommendations to try. Rooms had nowhere to put our clothes so we kept everything in our bags.
These minor things can make this an excellent property to stay at.

We had not been here for several years, and the area around the hotel is under development. However, this is still a convenient location offering an easy walk to the free shuttle, shopping and lots of good restaurants. Our hotel stay was very comfortable and parking was easy and reasonably priced.

For starters, DO NOT enter the left side entrance to the parking deck for self parking. It damaged our Kia Rio because of the slope for drainage. Also, we parked on the second floor, and the elevator was not working, and no sign was posted stating out of service. The actual hotel itself was a good experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We did enjoy the couples massage at the spa. The food from each restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious. We did have a good view of lookout mountain. The room itself was okay. The bed would not say in place. It kept sliding on the slick bed frame. The bathroom light only shined in the shower and not the sink or toilet. Also, the water for the shower took 10 minutes to finally get warm and was not really adjustable. Not a great experience for our honeymoon, but it was okay.

I called the day before the trip to find out if there were EV chargers available and I was told no so I chose to bring a different vehicle. Pull in the garage and there are 4 EV chargers. Our air conditioning did not work the entire stay and the humidity in the room was 80%. Called maintenance to fix and they came but did not fix it. Called again and was told there was only one maintenance person and a lot of the hotel was out. So we went with no air overnight. Was told could only comp the parking since it was booked through Hotels.com. The sheets were very loose and did not fit the bed and there was no mattress cover so it was like sleeping on plastic. The bathroom was not very clean.

Excellent staff and property. Enjoyed my stay greatly. There was a problem with the elevators on my last day and one guest opted to take stairs instead of cramming into the o e working one.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, & I’ll admit I was a little let down this time. Although everyone was nice, it was hard to get ahold of anyone by phone for any assistance or to answer any questions. Not to mention the room was not thoroughly cleaned & did not have towels enough to accommodate the individuals booked for the room. May come back as things can change, but just not anytime soon.

Nice room. There was no maid service and I had to ask for coffee. Only decaf in my room. There was a blinking light that was annoying. The restoration on the roof was good

Air conditioning in whole hotel wasn’t functioning and nothing was done for customers, we’re lied to about it at first. Also this pool situation has to be fixed as site shows a pool but was told the oool has been gone for 5/6 years now and they can’t get pictures taken down. Very misleading. Overall super nice hotel but very dissatisfied that we paid $300 per night with no pool and no AC. Ice machine on our floor also didn’t work.

My husband and I stayed here for a one night getaway for our 10 year anniversary. We encountered MANY issues.
1. We arrived and our tv didnt work. They sent maintenance up, got it fixed. He then returned 2 more times, knocking on the door because he left something, and forgot to clear us off his list.
2. We found 2 blood spots on the comforter. Gross, but we kindly asked for them to replace the sheets while we went to dinner. When we arrived back, we found sheets set down on the counter, but they left the dirty sheets on the bed. When asked for them to at least replace the comforter (which is what was dirty) and to remove the dirty items from the room, the front desk said 'What, did you want her to make the bed?'
3. She came to replace the dirty sheets, and while making the bed we noticed spots on the clean sheets, we told her and she laughed and said 'oh, not stain, its the chip dust from my hands' She eventually got the bed made with new sheets and comforter, and clean hands.
4. The next morning, we were awaken by the housekeeper knocking on the door to see if we had left yet. Once we were up, and packing to leave, we found yet ANOTHER blood/snot stain on the sheet tucked into the corner of the bed.
Upon checking out, Chandler gave absolutely the worse customer service. He told us(and many others that we heard) that he was trying to leave, that he was off work now. We will not return, though Carlee eventually helped us, and was apologetic and sweet.

Great location to catch free shuttles, walk to Choo Choo bars and restaurants. Rooms were nicely appointed and had all items needed.
Just wish that they had a pool for the kids.
Breakfast options(extra fee) were tasty and filled all of us up for the day ahead.

The property was beautiful however the pictures were a little deceptive. It looks like it’s on a hill and it’s not. Also we were out of soap and tried calling the front desk many times and no one very responded. We also called for extra blankets and no one again would pick up to help up. The hotel was room just disappointed the shampoo, body soap and conditioner was empty. Everyone was very nice and kind just the basics were not available

Staff at the Chattanoogan were great! Every staff member made an effort to speak to us, either good morning, good evening, or just a nice comment.
What isn’t working yet is getting housekeeping done. On checkin, the front desk asked if we wanted Stay Over Service. Yes, we do. But, the next day, nothing. Second day, nothing. When we talked to the maids in the hallway, they could not help, and even went so far to say that they were all out of coffee, so sorry. No, no cups, no coffee.
It’s a small thing, and overall this property was great. But it is those little things that get remembered.
