Check in was quick and easy. The room was OK. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet was very low to the ground. The beds were small but ok as far as comfort. The pool was small but nice. The breakfast was good other than there was only 1 waffle maker and a long wait to be able to use it. Overall it was OK but pricey.

Our room was the first room next to the lobby. Music played all night. The room had a very bad order. I would not stay there again if I’m that area.

We had a very brief stay (as planned) but were happy with all facets: friendly and helpful staff, good airport shuttle, clean room good air conditioning and comfortable bed.

The room had a bad smell, the door was not tight enough to prevent sounds from coming in from the hall, poor breakfast option with long queues due to limited equipments, the bed was in bad condition. Overall very disappointing and we are considering moving on to try another hotel chain

The hotel says family friendly, I took my one year old. The gave me a pack and play for him to sleep in. The pack and play was dirty, ripped, had urine stains on it. The staff were incredibly rude. A flea jumped on my husbands neck and we asked if we could change rooms and the woman told us we brought it in from outside and she couldn’t help us. Breakfast had limited options. I didn’t get the room I booked. Just an overall a horrible experience.
