The staff was amazingly friendly. The lobby was very clean. We had to have our room changed out because the first one smelled of smoke. While the rooms were clean, they were dated and in need of repairs. The bathroom was small and kinda hard to get in and out. Overall, for the money it was a good experience.

Could not get service at front desk

Clean basic room, quiet and everything worked ok. Minimal free breakfast. Close to many Covington dining options.

The staff I dealt with were all very nice but this is not a great hotel. Felt like there were a good deal of permanent tenants and had some concerns about safety and definitely noise. Also, though there is a kitchen in the room it was equipped with nothing. When I checked in the staff member asked if I would like anything for my kitchen as it came empty. I said yes and he gave me a plastic bin with the bare necessities. It is hard to find affordable hotels in the cincy/covington area so that is why I chose it but I would not stay there again. The free breakfast was pretty much nothing. A few packaged muffins and some coffee- no milk, nothing fresh at all. Ended up going out to breakfast as there was nothing there to eat. Almost would have been better with nothing.

Everyone so friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless clean and had a kitchenette and dining table. Close to venues and restaurants.

We came in for a Bengals game. The day was great, we enjoyed our time in Cincinnati. I do not enjoy sleeping at a hotel, usually too noisy. Next to the bridge made me nervous, but it was great. Probably the best sleep at a hotel ever.

Stayed overnight for a football game. Good location. Felt safe.

The hotel is generally in a bad area of town and the hotel smells weird and feels generally dirty and grimy and out of date. That said, it did the trick when we needed a last minute booking after our VR BO rental was double booked (people were in our rental) and the company and landlord would do nothing to remedy the situation. Lesson learned...dont use VR BO they have no support or customer assistance.

I was very disappointed for almost $200 for a night that there was no coffee or so called to go breakfast items available when we went to the front desk area within the posted breakfast time. Also, our toilet was backed up the entire time and disgusting and the shower faucet works horrible as well. Again, did not feel my stay was worth the $200 I spent!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. I read the reviews and they were mixed, we decided to give it a shot. It turns out that the poor reviews were accurate. Check in was okay, but the man was clearly not a people person. We took the very slow elevator to our floor. We noticed a musty odor in the hallway while we were going to our room. It kind of smelled like urine and and mildew. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. It looked like the house keeper only dusted around things. The floor was clean, unless you looked under the bed or behind the furniture. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows were fluffy, however, the bed sounded like it might crash to the floor when we rolled over in it. There was the kitchenette, but nothing in the cupboards and drawers. Also, no coffee pot. We brought breakfast foods to cook, but we had to call the service desk and request the items we needed. My husband stopped by the front desk to ask for a few packets of coffee, and the lady told him she was only permitted to give him two. She went on to say that she had to follow the rules because she was on camera and she could get fired. I thought he was kidding when he told me. The last and possibly the worst thing was the towels and wash cloths smelled like cigarette smoke. We will not stay in this hotel again and we do not recommend it. Read the reviews and believe it when you come across a bad one.

I had stayed here before @5-6yrs ago and no issues. No major issues this time either, but pretty run down. Paid $200 for the night which was way too much. There was a Yankees v Reds game across the river so maybe that’s why. The bfast was a table the size of a desk with coffee and a basket of granola bars. There are two or three other hotels on the block. In the future, Ill spend the extra $60/night to stay at one of them.

Our room didn’t have a shower curtain. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or the kitchenette. There weren’t any toiletries, period. The carpet was extremely stained and the beds were very uncomfortable. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. We will not stay at a hotel under this name again after this experience.

It stinks in here

Hotel was not able to honor my reservation, despite being booked weeks and advance. There was a Bengals game and concert in town, so there were no other available hotels by the time that I was notified of the cancellation (less than 72 hours before check-in). Hotel charged my card anyway for the full amount, so I'm sure that will be a headache to get fixed.

Property was clean and near facilities.

A/c unit rattled badly No remote for TV, they gave me one but it didn’t work They did not write down WiFi password for us

The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. The person who checked us in was nice & helpful. It would be a nice place to spend more time. We only used it for overnight, going to a concert in the area. We didn't use the kitchen & didn't stay late enough for breakfast. If we go to Cincinnati for another concert, we will stay here & hopefully stay longer & eat in the room. It has a full kitchen, laundry room & gym, which we didn't use.
