My key stopped working when i was unloading my things to leave and go to work. I've been at the front deskbfor an hour and therebis no one here to help me. I'm now latebfor work

We stayed at this hotel in December and everything was good-enough that we booked again. Major disappointment this time...seems to have gone downhill quickly. Paid for a kitchenette with not even a cup, glass or silverware, let alone cooking utensils No soap or shampoo either..

First night, had just driven in after 9hr drive was nice and comfortable fire alarms went off twice Had to vacate wait for fire dept. had faulty alarms was just not comfortable after that.

Place is older than pictures show but overall a clean and decent hotel. Refrigerator in room looked old but was nice to have a full size refrigerator rather than a mini refrigerator. Beds are a little stiff but overall a decent place to stay

I booked this hotel while in MX, when I arrived to the property I was turned away because “the office was closed”. They close the lobby at 11PM which makes NO SENSE being that it is a HOTEL. I asked the lady that was there if I can speak to someone & when she called that person, she said “They can’t give me my key because they’re closed” knowing I PAID! I was left looking for hotels after 12am with my children in the car. I didn’t get into to find a room until 1am. So if you’re staying in Laredo, & you want to book this place MAKE SURE TO GET HERE BEFORE THEY CLOSE THE LOBBY OR YOULL BE OUT IN THE STREETS AND 100$ out of money.

All electric appliances are old n poor condition. Not really updated for long stays as we thought. No dishes, old, delapidated stove n micro! Trash is not even picked up daily
