This property is OK. There is a lot of deferred maintenance to be done but they are also starting what looks like a major renovation. Many semi's offloading furniture. That was inconvenient but not terrible. The staff was neither great nor terrible - typical customer service these days. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was disappointing. If you didn't want a waffle, your choices were extremely limited. Coffee was good. In room amenities were lacking but this is a lower priced property. For the price, it was fine. My biggest complaint was that I booked through Expedia and chose "Pay at the Property". I wanted to pay cash. The young man at check in never asked for a card or gave me a choice. I had just driven 12 hours through Mexico so I was not the sharpest crayon in the box at that point. He ended up just charging through Expedia which went onto a card I had not intended to use. It worked out but wasn't how it should have gone. I got a blank stare from the girl at the front desk when I checked out and told her about it. Oh well.

Little outdated and not the cleanest but I love the layout and the middle garden. Location is very convenient. So far it’s been safe and we haven’t had any inconveniences.

It was a nice surprise to arrive for social hour and get free beer and snacks! Everyone was very kind.

The view of the garden would have been much more interesting and beautiful had it not been very overgrown! The accommodation was very good! Will be back!!

Old room, dirty bedding. Disinterested staff, poor breakfast. Other than the bed bring comfortable, I have nothing positive to say about my stsy here.

Comfortable clean rooms. Air conditioner worked great! Nice outside area. Enjoyed the complimentary beers and nachos. Nice touch! We would most definitely stay here again when in the area!

No toilet paper, front desk person was rude. Trash in the room but a good place for family

Room needs updating. The water in shower was hard to control the temperature. Not enough towels. Area was convenient. Sitting area outside not clean.

What a surprise to have free drinks and food for happy hour. To have someone make our waffles at breakfast. Then for check-out to be at 1pm!

Well i original booked on line a down stairs room 2 kings size beds . I stayed in upper level room with 1 Queen bed noisy AC. Phone in room didnt work cold and raining outside. Bad place

Easy access to the rooms

We have bee traveling for two weeks and found this beautiful oasis! Large, clean room right off the garden and pool! Excellent for our dogs and parking right outside the door! Everything was convenient and comfortable !! We w2ill definitely be back!

Was locked out each day had to go get key reactivate at office. First room smelled of damp mold discovered large leak from A.C unit. Was moved to room across the garden but couldn't get the electric key to work. No coffee maker no ironing board or iron.

This is a place where you can relax in your room or by the pool or even on your private patio. They even have rooms with a private covered garden. During the week at their large covered gazebo that offers free refreshments for adults and children plus a menu for Mexican fajitas and tacos. In the evenings the property is beautifully lighted, so you will enjoy sitting outside. Room rates are reasonable, and the staff is very respectful and accommodating. All my stays here have been memorable.

Two of the three room were good however, on the handicap room it was not handicap safe and extremely slippery, which caused my father to slip and almost fall. I did bring it to the attention of the staff there but they did not resolve therefore we had to use a bucket to give my dad a shower. When we went to use pool we asked for towels but they said to use room towels and call them which made no sense since most people shower after swimming.

Got there and the bathroom didn’t flush try calling and the phone didn’t work either my husband went and told them and gave him another room but it smelled bad like the rug got wet.

I liked the room layout of the suite I've booked. Bath between the 2 rooms of the suite make a good enviroment of privacy. I didn´t like bath accesories, towels were too small and thin, hotel should improve it.

First time staying here! Front desk lady upgraded our room for free since it was our first visit! Bed was so comfy! We will definitely use this place again!!

The room was big, but outdated. They have happy hour at 6:00 pm. - 8:00pm . Free hot dogs, hamburguers, nachos, popcorn, etc
