Bedbugs, dirty conditions, no service. We did not stay

There a Wal-Mart bag over the smoke detector. And dirty wash cloth on the shower.

We stayed in this hotel about 2 months ago and it was a good stay which was part of my decision to stay here again. When we checked in this time, we requested a second set of towels which we never received. Also the room was not cleaned properly from unswept floors, to cigarette butts laying on the furniture, to curtains that did not close completely... not to mention no coffee maker, a filthy mirror, and a dirty microwave. The bed coverings needed completely replaced between stains and burn holes and poorly repaired tears. It was like this was a totally different motel from the one we were so pleased with two months ago. Oh yeah, there was also no ice bucket in the room, no cups, the on site washer stopped working in the middle of the cycle, AND the smoke detector has been removed from our room. Also, there is no breakfast available even though that is one of the "perks" listed on their description. We took pictures as proof of all of the issues.
The next time we spend another night or two in Oklahoma City, I will pay a little extra to avoid this again.

If you're only here to get a few hours of sleep then you're good i guess. No breakfast, no coffee, no microwave, no fridge. The website is misleading in every way. They seem to think that handicapped rooms don't need to have extra room for walkers or chairs & they have standard home showers with an unreachable grab bar that's in an unsafe spot for people with limited mobility. The lady in the office was the only good thing about the stay.

That I only got 1/2 my deposit back be cause it was five after 11 when I left the room

The rooms were not to par. I wished the room was more clean the room really looked not as expected. The smell of the room was not good according to the pictures as advertised was deceitful will not be renting there again period.

Don’t go here. Rooms are horrible room was never even cleaned out when I rented it. The TV was broke. There were burn holes everywhere. The sheets and blankets were filthy. There was food under the bed. Still the refrigerator didn’t work there were no microwave. There was dust on top of the Refrigerator. When I told them about this, they put me in another room with no working water and no key for the door. The manager was the only one with the key and he wanted me to let him know when I leave and come back that way he can let me in the room, but I think it was more just to steal. Still haven’t got my refund back from them. It’s been more than seven days.

This was just a pit stop in a boring city on my trip.

After we checked in, we drove around to our room to several police cars. We asked an officer if that was a safe area and he advised us this hotel and area had a high rate of prostutes and drugs. We didnt even go into our room and left to find another hotel. We didnt feel safe.

Was given a room all ready occupied. No apologize, just oh try this room then. There were people selling drugs by the pool and threaten comments were made. DOD NOT stay due to safety but hotel would not refund the money.

Bugs in room. Hairs in floor and bathroom.
Bathroom door looked like dried pee stain. Only 2 lights worked. There isnt any breakfast served. This place looks nothing like the pictures.

Days Inn hotel, always had been so nice to stay! but this Days Inn hotel was so terrible! the room had so bed smell, was not clean and the lights were not working properly! and the area was not safe, a lot of homeless walking around the hotel.

I did not stay at the property. Upon arrival there were two women actively soliciting (prostitution). There were people loitering around the property. Didnt want to leave my car unattended in the parking lot and I certainly didnt want to spend the night. I had to book another hotel. So, I paid for a room I didnt even get to stay at due to safety concerns@

So for the price, it was pretty good. Didn't sleep much because of highway noise, but I expected that. The breakfast and coffee didn't happen, wasn't expecting that. Certainly wasn't expecting the smoking room to not have an ash tray, much less there not being extras at the desk. And really really wasn't expecting a prostitute to knock on my door at 9am.
Checked out early, but yeah. There you go. It's cheap, so set expectations accordingly.

I have taken pictures of the room we were given. Less then desirable. Unsafe area. People fighting all hours of the night. My daughter an I did not sleep or feel safe. Will not be staying at another days inn.

We got a room that was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but we were unable to even get to the bathroom with the wheelchair. Could not get a room that was. They would not refund money so that we could go elsewhere. Not pleased at all.

The bathroom was dirty with mole up the walls. The staff was very rude all they want't to do was put my son in another dirty room. So I had to get them another motel room. I thank they should have to reberst me the 140.00 I had to pay for the other room. Patricia H.

The hotel had a lot of shady people around sands didn’t serve a continental breakfast or have coffee available which is one of the reasons I booked it in the first place. Not a happy customer!

I paid for a smoking room. I didn't get it. Language barrier prevented his understanding, i was told to "smoke outside". Smoking rooms were AVAILABLE, just not for me.
Then there was the mass exodus from the motel due to bedbugs, homeless people camped out in the parking lot, used needles all over the ground, and FILTHY room.
I absolutely will not be staying at this property again.
It was a cheap room, I didn't expect perfection.
But there was a lot that I didn't expect at this hotel. Like bedbugs and 3 different crackheads trying to steal my bike.

2 hours after check-in the toilet clogged. They couldn't seem to find a plunger. Said they'd bring one, never did until the next morning! Such fun for a family of four. The next morning they didn't provide breakfast which they were supposed to. Even the coffee maker in the room only came with coffee and nothing else, sugar, creamer etc.

The only issue was the toilet would not flush properly. You had to remove the tank lid and pull up on the arm to get it to flush. Also, there was insufficient soap and towels in the bathroom.

Sketchy. We got exactly what we paid for and it’s my fault for not reading reviews like I normally do. We were on a cross country road trip and wanted something accessible to the Highway so I booked this with a great deal. Well…. Hollywood hustle is in the parking lot. The staff was behind a bulletproof window. It was late and we just needed to sleep. We took the room and there were stains on the sheets and mattress. Tub was dirty, fridge was warm and had an odor. Pretty sure someone probably died of an overdose in that room at one point. We literally slept for 3-4hrs and left. Then when leaving, I received an invite to ihop by one of the residents. Safe to say I will not return, I will make a point to avoid it at all cost.

When I arrived your property upon checking got him into my room whenever I got to my room I realized that there was no light bulbs in any of these sockets and the microwave didn't work there was no hot water to the bathtub and I was having to take water from the sink and not in the bathtub due to there not being no hot water whenever I got there India microwave was not plugged in the end for drive is not plugged in where the AC unit was on the wall I could literally see outside on the sidewalk through the crack in the wall and then there was no Wi-Fi service to my room my room wasn't even halfway back to the end of the hotel and then last but not least there was a bunch of like I don't know how you would say but like shady looking people around my room and my car all night looking and they will continue

It was durty nasty and had dirty towels hanging on the back of bathroom door, the front the door had trash and hair swept behind it.the smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling ,we slept in our clothes and I woke up to bug bites and a broken down table blickin the way we were packing up and was bombarded by the housekeeper rushing is out DO NOT STAY HERE it is not safe or clean
