This was the most disgusting motel i have ever stayed at. Yes its on the beach yes it is surrounded by much nicer properties. But the room smelled like weed. There was so much grime built up all along the floor and the trim(like they haven’t cleaned that in 15 years) the bedding I believe had bed bugs as we all were itching. No microwave limited cooking and eating items. (Very limited) They had the nerve to charge.35.00 for a resort fee. Resort? Thats comical. The carpet is so old and nasty that you would not want to take your shoes off. They also had the nerve to charge a 100.00 deposit cash. For what? That is a huge red flag. No. Nice place does that. They do that because of what they are. If you are a decent human being dont stay here. You would be more comfortable camping somewhere

It was a comfortable stay. Couple of things about the room could have been done better. Especially with the outdated room. Bathroom ok but tub and shower need to be replaced or replenished.

The room was aged but overall the room served the purpose of what I needed and that was a place to sleep. The shower did not work correctly but the water was hot and the pressure was amazing. The AC worked great and helped hide the noise from Bike Week and rambunctious neighbors. These are my complaints: • I was hit with a surprise reserve fee of $36 upon arrival. • In addition, I was hit by a surprise $100 deposit that could only be paid in cash. This would create a dilemma for those who did not have any cash. I looked at their website and it did not specify that the deposit must be paid with cash. • I had to book this room at the last minute due to a problem with a previous booking. I ended up booking a smoking room. My mistake. I expected the room to smell like cigarette smoke. However, the room smelled like marijuana which I was not expecting.

The room was dirty, it smelt like weed and had roaches. There were shady people around. The comforter on one bed hadn’t been washed and looked like blood on it. They wouldn’t refund at least one night so I could go somewhere else. Pictures posted on hotel.com are not what it looks like at all.

You get what you pay for… Never again, my fault for planning my spring break trip late and being cheap. 1. Most of the parking is across the street 2. Deposit in cash, I only had my card 3. The room had an awful smell, I tried pine-sol, air fresher and car freshener, nothing worked 4. Not enough lights, it was a side wall lamp or we had to keep the bathroom door open 5. On my last day when I was packing I saw a roach, I rechecked everything and left out quickly
