My trip to the Extended Stay was one of my worst. This was a one-star review before the general manager reached out. She was very courteous and helpful. I spent three days at this hotel and have a lot to say, not much of it good. There was a lot of miscommunication, mostly with the day manager. Much of it was hostile, confusing and involved a moment of profane language not worth repeating. I don’t get it but to his credit the check out went without any issues. I was never able to get a set of cookware. I asked several times and after, the GM shared that they are low at the moment. It happens but when you’ve been told several stories about why you can only have two bowls, two plates and one pan, it gets old. I have an unpredictable gut so by day 2 I just went out and bought basic kitchen tools. I included a picture below of the dinner I could put together but I won’t recommend indoor camping for anyone else. The staff was never straightforward about the cookware during my stay but they were friendly and tried where they could. My biggest concern was the day manager. I won’t throw more shade but when management is disrespectful, the stay becomes very unfriendly. I spoke my peace, kept my head down and rode it out. It was a long three days. I really enjoy Extended Stays in general. The prices are great, the staff is friendly and it’s usually very comfortable. I’ll find another one when I’m in the area. I may give this one a second try. Just not anytime soon.

Very dated rooms. Bed was comfy which is really all we needed. The stovetop was filthy. We moved the chair and there was a ton of garbage and dust. Rooms need updating.

There was a dirty towel on the shower curtain rod. Previous to that the other room I’ve stayed in had a leak in the kitchen sink.

As soon as I saw the room I asked for a refund and left. The “lobby” was just as gross as the room. Never again will I choose Extended Stay.

Not quiet … my room was not refresh at all automatic while I stayed there 3 nights.. when I saw a cleaning lady in the hallway 2 doors down the hallway for fresh towels she said I had to go downstairs to to the reception desk.

No hassle check in, room was clean with a full size fridge. Would be nice to have a few more kitchen items, and the Continental breakfast is very limited. Coffee, tea, oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins

Definitely like staying at this location. It could use an update. I was disappointed with the refrigerator. It was very dirty inside and out. The bathtub drain leaked....drip, drip. I also noticed a few rooms down from us outside the room they left dirty dishes, pots and pans. I didn't understand why, with the kitchen inside. It was outside for 2 days and very smelly.

Needed a place to stay for the night when power went out for over 24 hrs on a cold night. Mostly clean, though the tub had a stain in it. Comfortable bed. Minimalist decor, but decent. Since allows pets, might be smart to have a small broom and dust pan in each room. Ended up cleaning tracked cat litter off the floor with a towel. Liked that the floors are not carpeted so made it feel cleaner. Slightly pricey for a supposedly economy hotel. But, mostly very clean and comfortable.

I am upset after my 1 nite stay recently. The toilet bowl was up to the top and after I didnt realize it before I peed and flushed. I had to throw towels down to stop the overflow from spreading out. Called desk. No maintence people were there, I had to go down 3 floors to the front desk to get a plunger (non in the bathrm and do it myself. I was not offered a new room so I could go to the bathroom (7:30AM) or allowed in the office's bathroom. How inhumane. The toilet was not better after I plunged my heart out. No manger in duty until 11am. I wasnt going to wait for 4 hrs. as I had plans. Some service, NOT. Very poorly trained person at desk not to phone manager and tell of situation. Not to offer me a way of going to the bathroom. I packed up and left. Not able to use bathroom.

It took about 10 minutes to get someone to come to the registration desk at 10 p.m. When she showed there was no apology and she was wearing a top that showed her exposed stomach area which was not exactly a pleasing image. The keys she gave me were not activated and I had to return and wait again for her to show to correct the issue. She does not belong in a customer service position.

Very clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen had some rust around the stove hood and generally was showing signs of age. Both the bathroom sink and bathtub faucets leaked but otherwise they were functional.

Not like checking into a hotel. The entrance to the lobby wasn't easy to find and no parking close by. The receptionist couldn't find my reservation in the computer but was able to give a room while she figured out what happened. Everything was great about the room, except for the smell? Had to be coming from the carpet or the drapes because the pillows, linens and towels smelled freshly washed.

Worst place to stay ever, smells horrible, nothing inside the room works properly. Everything was all broken and dirty no electricity in the bathroom, tv wasn’t working either, shower was broken and you can hear everything from the other rooms. I wish I can give zero stars but in order to write a review I had to give at least one star. Btw I’m pretty sure the workers understand the situation of their work place since they were very nice and understanding when I asked for an early checkout due to all the issues, they reimbursed me without hesitation very nice of them.

Embarrassingly poor in mainteanace. No towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. No soap or toiletries of any kind. Kitchen faucet drips. Smoke detector covered and sealed with bag…assuming you had pot smokers before. Isn’t that some kind of fire hazard safety violation that should be on your housekeeping checklist? Elevators smelled of dogs and the hallway carpet was filled with tons of dog fur. Does housekeeping not have a vacuum? Trash room bins overflowing and stink. Bought a toaster pastry from vending machine…stale and crumbled upon opening. REALLY REALLY BAD! A refund would be apprpriate.

Rooms are dated. The paint job was poorly done and the decor depressing. Basic amenities are not included in the room. There was no blow dryer, shampoo, and only 1 bar of soap. The shower was visibly dirty and dripping water constantly. Besides the leak, there is a musty smell throughout the room. Outside the room, there is a trail of hair and dirt leading to the elevators which smell like pee. The whistling sound the elevators make are alarming as well. In addition one of our 2 key cards did not work. The pictures of the property do not reflect the dilapidated condition it is truly in.

We had a very dirty drawer that was never cleaned even though we asked twice. Check-in was not satisfactory. Apparently we were never even checked in.

Stay somewhere else if you can spare a couple of bucks. The first room I was placed in had a leaking faucet from the shower and the tub was dirty. I asked to be moved to a different room and that was nicely handled but that room also had a smaller leak and not the cleanest either. The outside of the fridges were also dirty. The staircase was dirty. This place is decent enough to have a roof over your head but it’s definitely not some place I would ever recommend.

Customer service very good Lots of dog hair on hallway , elevator and luggage cart. Next door room had 2 big dogs left alone and barked for a long time, not good trying to rest after a long trip.

The stay there was awful! It smelled like old storage! The sheets smelled like cigarettes even tho it was non- smoke room. I even got bed bug bites. The shower was not cleaned properly and the water was too slow in coming out! I would not recommend it to anyone. And there was a guest who was cooking burnt his food so the whole hallway smelled horrible.

Old motel. Very run down. Had to change rooms after first night because sink was draining directly onto the ground. Next room was gross. Even more run down than the first. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

Booked online prepaid for a king bed But when I got there to check in in the evening, they told me they were all sold out only had a queen size beds left since I was prepaid I did not get reimbursed the difference

This facility was filthy. First room they gave me smelled like mildew and body odor. Second room had the shower rod broken and there was trash in the hallway. Some employees walked right by the trash and just left it there. I will never go back to that rat hole.
