Perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. Most comfortable for 1-3 people. 1 assigned off-street parking spot and free non permit parking along F. Benson St. This is a smoke free property per condo association rules. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No groups as to respect the neighbors. Renters must be 30 years and up (with exception of families) Large patio with table, umbrella and new sectional couch. Fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. Downstairs bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom (double) and loft (twin) are upstairs- spiral staircase. Shower stall only- no tub. HEPA air filters downstairs and upstairs. 2 beach chairs available for use during stay. 1 well behaved dog accepted with pet agreement. A wonderful little place for a great vacation!
