Place was filthy. Had to wash dishes before we could use them. We never got access to the pool. They gave us a key fob finally after our 3rd day and it was broken. Host wouldn't reply when I told him that the key fob was cracked and broken, so it didn't work to open the pool gate. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. The slider didn't lock at all. It had a metal bar to put in it, that wouldn't stay in place. Downstairs toilet leaked all over the floor. When we arrived there was a 2" cockroach guarding the bathrrom. Kitchen didn't have any sauce pan or decent utensils for cooking. The one spatula was half burned off. One side of the toaster doesn't work. It says sleeps eight but only has two bowls and a few plates. Host wouldn't reply to help with issues. Worst stay I've had ever!

Between the pictures online and the first look at the townhome we stayed at, it LOOKS pleasant. I cannot say everything that was wrong with this place but I'll try to summarize. We arrived at 4pm for check in, waited 20 minutes to get our address and lockbox code (which took 4 tries to open). The kitchen had scratched up pans, 1 pot, 2 lids that didnt fit anything, 1 lid without a handle, broken kitchen utensils, a small half used bottle of dish soap, and dishes that were actually dirty which made me question what they were doing for that extra 20 minutes. There were scratches, scrapes, holes all throughout the townhome. The stairs, upstairs and bathtubs squeaked with every step. There was a taped area at the top of the stairs. Every room only had 1 lightbulb for the wall lights. There was 5 towels (1 for each person i guess), no broom, only a vaccuum. Ice cubes frozen to the bottom of freezer. The patio furniture was broken. The blinds in one was were broken and even taped up. There was an outlet downstairs that didn't work. Close to leaving the lights at the stairs started to flicker. We stripped down the beds at check out (linens go into laundry basket that was not provided), there were pee stains on the mattresses. Cherry on top was the EXTREMELY cheap toilet paper and paper towel used. Great Value brand was even better than what they bought and i could tell they shopped for it at the Wal-Mart down the road. The place was convinently located and was the BEST part.

No it was terrible we didn’t stay there . the front door was kicked in. All the sheets were stained . The beds stink like utine and body odor . I would not Jane this property in your site

The townhouse was very clean, it does need some updates, ie new window blinds, but it's well priced. It's very quiet location and closed to local shopping and restaurants. Walmart is a 2 minute away for grocery shopping. Very good gated community

The townhouse was very clean, it does need some updates, ie new window blinds, but it's well priced. It's very quiet location and closed to local shopping and restaurants. Walmart is a 2 minute away for grocery shopping. Very good gated community

Nice place but everything in side from the couches to the rugs is all old.. and no tv in the rooms.. I also recommend you bring your own pillows. Other than that it was ok.
