The hotel has no maintenance. The bathroom door locked so you could not get out if you were in it and could not get in it if the door was close. We mentioned it and they said they would come by to fix it but no one came.
The elevated smelled like cesspool. There was no breakfast, coffee ran out cereal was stale. When I needed to get ready and blow dry my hair...the blow dryer didn't work...they said they would said maintenance but I knew what that meant...

Do not stay here.
I tried calling to change my booking for hours before we arrived. No one ever answered the phone, and that's because all the staff hang out outside, smoking, and don't come in if they even hear the phone in the first place.
Not only was no one at the desk for check-in, but the vending machine is broken, there were chunks out of the walls, the toilet barely flushed, there was also no trash can in the room, the fridge was barely even cold, and the tv had no power cord. when we asked about a replacement for the tv cord they said they didn't have any, that someone must have stolen it.
These rooms are not good at all, staff don't give a hoot about you or your stay. The pictures are NOTHING like the actual rooms. This place should be shut down and updated. Absolutely unacceptable.

Would never stay here again. In addition to being very outdated and full of cosmetic issues, there is no hot breakfast unless you count warming up a waffle in the microwave. The bananas were rotten. Our tv remote was missing a battery, our bedside lamp was missing a bulb, the do not disturb sign was printed on paper in black and white, bathroom lamp was missing cover and other one didn't work. I could go on. Very disappointed.

Our group had 4 rooms booked. One of the rooms - the handle was broken on the inside of the bathroom door and maintenance had to come open the door so our traveler could get out. In the same room the smoke detector was disassembled. In one of the other rooms, the toiletry items had not been replaced and were used. The front desk attendant was in his car smoking when we checked in. The beds were fairly comfortable but overall, was not a pleasant experience.

Entry ceiling was leaking. Called hotel ahead to check on pool and hot tub hours before booking. Booked and arrived same day and no hot tub or pool working (pipe broke a week ago). No toilet paper in room (remedied quickly). No paper towels or soap in first floor public bathroom. Bed was fine. TV was small. Lighter found by bed floor in nonsmoking room (not removed by cleaning staff??)
Location was convenient for our event and for restaurants. Felt safe. Room was otherwise clean. Breakfast was very meager (coffee, cereal, danish individualky wrapped, bagels—- no milk or cream cheese or butter)

Water poured from ceiling above toilet. No towels or toilet paper in room. TV and fridge didn't work. Microwave was filthy. Pool and hot tub closed for winter but was not disclosed. Parking lot unplowed and super icy.

There was duct tape across the door on the first room which meant I couldn’t lock it while I worked out where to get a room.. The latch didn’t work at all.. went back to the desk he gave me another key states they need to close this place and gave me a diff key.. the door latched but, no deadbolt or locking mechanism of any kind.. This place scared the absolute hell out of me!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
I was there at midnight so I could go to my appt at 745a… I was scared to go back to my car… 0/10 recommend!!

Outdated hotel expired food in vending machines towel racks falling off walls in bathroom one trash can asked for extra towels for hot tub told us they were stolen and didn't have any extra towels 1ply toilet paper..

Extremely disappointed that the room listed was 2 double beds, pull out couch and rolling shower. Only thing accurate was 2 double beds (for 5 people 😬). Also, the pool is broken! Would have loved to know that prior to booking!

There was no screen in the window. There was bugs in the shower. Bed frames were broken, light fixture was broken with wire exposed. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Pool was not operational, breakfast were minimal. Doors were loud when being closed. Building and facilities are outdated, property needs to be updated badly. Very seldom was there someone at the front desk.

Had 2 rooms. First 2 rooms given were not cleaned prior to walking into them. One of the next room was cleaned but had a horrendous smell of smoke. The other room had a bed that had a broken corner. No toilet paper in one room.

Smelled like pot. Pool and hot tub didnt work, very run down, when we walked in our room the tv was on and urine in the toilet. Place wasn't very clean. We didnt stay and no help from the desk, they didn't seem to care.

Between the apathetic check-in clerk, the room smelling of cigarette smoke, not getting the room I reserved, the pool being closed, the dingy paint, broken fixtures, ripped carpet, door that has clearly been kicked in and not properly repaired, broken door locks, and no screen on the window when we tried to air out the room I am unimpressed. However, the bed was clean without odor and relatively comfortable but that DOESN'T outweigh the other issues.

Room was not clean. Had to be given another room. Second room seemed to be missing privacy curtains.Third room was clean, but had roaches. Pool was locked off and inaccessible. Treadmill did not work. Gym was horrid. Three dumbbells? This was a rip off and illegal under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act of 1976. Will be contacting MI Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.
Overall, this place is a dump. Didn't even bother to try breakfast after the roaches thing. Trash in the hallway.
Front desk was not manned during my check out. I had to leave a note and the keys.
Disgraceful. If I was hotels.com, I would visit this garbage heap and delist them.

Let me start off by saying that I hate to complain, but I can’t keep quiet on this one. The room I reserved was not what was advertised, and everything in this hotel seemed like it was about to fall apart. The first room they had me in had a busted in door, I had to ram my shoulder into it to get out of the room. The couch had many unidentifiable stains, and the bed made my skin itch. The front desk worker was great, but that in no way made up for the fact that literally every other aspect of this hotel stay was horrendous. The room was advertised as having an in suite jacuzzi tub, and the hotel itself was supposed to have a pool. Neither of which ended up being true. Truly an awful stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I arrived I found out my reservation that was to be updated to one night shifted to a different day. I was charged $330 for one night no show. Not sure if it’s quality inn or hotels.com error. Had to book a new room and our room was next to a room with a faulty toilet as we heard a flushing toilet every other minute for the whole night. No manger on staff during the weekend and front desk attendant is rarely at the front desk.

When we checked in the room still dirty from the client before, the front desk person couldn't help us because he was working by himself and only gave us the manager number and email to file a complain.
We got ripped off. Dirty. Smells of mold. Dirty unchanged sheets. Stains all over walls, curtains, lampshades and carpets.

The property was terrible. We had a confirmation and for 2 nights and they only had a room for 1 night. The hotel was dirty, holes in the walls and ceiling, shades were broken, heat didn’t work, and there were cockroaches! The staff was rude and there was no manager or way of getting hold of one! You should remove them from your site!

This weekend stay was terrible. Dirty rooms, gum on a headboard, a dirty sock on the floor, broken mirror, pop machine not working, no one at the front desk and the pool and hot tub closed! My family deserves a refund!

The room smelled like someone had just vomited. The carpet in the room was filthy. The maintenance guy did come and vacuum upon my request. This didn’t help the smell it all.

When I arrived, the kid had his headphones on playing on his phone with his feet up on the desk which I thought was very unprofessional. The floors throughout the place were disgusting and the place is very outdated!

The room was in rough shape. It towel racks were hanging off the walls. The plumbing ran all the time. We book this for the pool and hot tub. When we got here we were told the hot tub have been down for 2 years and the pool has been closed for a while. The bathroom door doesn’t close right and the closet looks like the just cut a heads le was n he he wall and slapped a door up. Very disappointed

Front desk attendant hard to find. During check in he was out front in his car smoking. Dirty main areas & run down.

Front desk worker was great. Tv in the room had no power cord but was remedied on my second day of the stay. Made for a fun time with a kiddo! :)

the boys that did the front desk were very respectful and accommodating. the facility itself is falling apart, the chairs have i don't' know what on them, floors, just not finished underneath the toilets. walls, spackled and then it looks like they said agh, looks good. flooring in hallway ewe. beds, well you might as well sleep on the floor, pillows are tiny. its what i expect to get when i arrive at 11pm at night. I would not book again.

$230 a night - 2 rooms for 2 nights. No working tv in either room, black mold and mildew in vents, large stains on wall, bare picture hooks on wall with no picture, exposed wires on wall in hallway, ceiling exit sign hanging and half attached, pool and exercise room locked with rusty padlocks and front desk attendant would not open without manager consent, but no manager available for most of the stay. Would not dare eat anything at this hotel. It should be reported to corporate offices and Ann Arbor Health Department!!! Website pictures are very misleading - do not stay here!

Booked because they had a roll in shower, gave us a regular room when we told them this wasn’t what we reserved they told us they didn’t have a rollin shower. First time and last I ever book on Expedia, false advertising.
