The property was one of the most beautiful especially the gardens and grounds. Hector one of the main Supervisors was one of the nicest and helpful hotel staff we have ever met. My wife has gluten allergies and he would see to it personally tthat she had gluten free waffles and pancakes and pasta. He made us feel so at home.
The preferred club building 6 was super nice. Housekeeping was pretty good once we communicated our wishes.
The main pool is beautiful beach had moderate seaweed but staff made a open area.
The dj was very good overall but worried me initially when for a couple days initially 90% was old latin music. I enjoy latin music but a mix. Hector again helped out here
The food was so so to good The specialty restaurant were a disappointment. Buffet breakfast the best bet. The service was 5 star especially in the preferred areas and we have been to many fine all inclusive hotels.
Sandi the Butler deserves a raise. He always anticipates our ever need and requests. Just improve the food variety and quality and this hotel could be 5 star especially We will definitely be back

Resort was very clean and staff was always working and cleaning. We enjoyed our walk out swim room. Food was good and staff was friendly. Not a lot of activities going on but the resort was not very full. Easy to get chairs at anytime during the day.

The place was very nice and cleaned. Our room was leaking water from a fixture in the bathroom and as soon as I reported they sent someone to look at it and the manager right away moved us to a different room. The staff were very helpful specifically Lucy.During our flight our luggage got damaged and she was very helpful in getting us some plastic to wrap the suitcase. I liked how they had the snack bars spread out. I loved the swimming pool how it went around the whole hotel and right outside our room. The only minor dislike was that every time we went to get towels they weren’t stocked up we had to go back to see if they already had some, And also when you have to use your credit card they charge you quite a bit highly then anywhere I have been, other wise I would recommend this hotel. All the staff and guards made you feel welcome and safe.

We really have an amazing experienced, the hotel was amazing, food was good, very clean, everyone was welcoming, all the services were great.
