Staff were very friendly and helpful with information. However the swimming pool was closed on June 12 which was surprising since other hotel pools were open and it was almost 30 degrees outside. The beds and fold out couches were not great to sleep on unfortunately. For the price we paid per night, the sleep was uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Unfortunately you have to pay quite a bit for the parking. Should be included in the stay

The EV charging stations underground need better management from the building administration because many people behave disrespectfully. Even after their cars are fully charged, they neither unplug them nor move them, sometimes for days.
