The property was okay, and the staff were decently helpful. But many of the promised services were not available. Airport shuttle was confusing as another hotel managed the shuttle, so you had to figure out how to identify the right shuttle through calling the hotel. Waited a long time at the airport for the shuttle. Did not serve breakfast as advertised, and there were no places to get breakfast nearby. Fridge was broken, toilet paper holder broken. You could not get a receipt for purchases made in the grab and go market. The remodeled rooms were nice, but it was just frustrating to have advertised services fail.

Very nice place only a couple of minor issues but i am sure the will be better once renovations are done . Room was very clean the only complaint i have with that is the phone had no phone cord to it and the bottom of toilet had a little leak but nothing that had to be fix right than and there notified them at checkout. The bed very comfortable just a little to high for me it was hard to get on but really slept comfortable. Pool was very cold but was nice had a great work out even in the cold i warmed up enjoyed it and the hot tub. Breakfast was good only had 1 person taking ordwrs but she did a wonderful job . At check very friendly .

It would be nice if warned prior to booking that you are informed that construction was going on, maybe even offer discounts. Not satisfied paying $150 a night for messy construction going on.

Room was recently renovated. Base boards were falling off the wall. The toilet was having a hard time flushing. Water pressure in the bathroom shower was low.

It was okay!!! Was there four days abd to go get my own towels everyday. Saw the maids in the hall everyday on our way out around 930 each morning. Come back to room at 10pm room was in the same condition it was before i left. Staff at the front desk was great and very helpful. The maids act like i was gonna steal the towels every time ask for them. Mind you i had my dirty ones to exchange with. Parking was horrible due to the place being renovated.

The room was very clean property was in nice area close to many restaurants. Staff was nice. I wish the would've had free breakfast but it was reasonably price. The pool was out that was a big disappointment. Overall our stay was great we loved the big screen tv wish we couldn't had Netflix though. Beds were comfortable.

Overall good. Hotel was overbooked when we arrived and they didn’t have our reserved room available. Told us we’d have to go to Sheridan. Called Sheridan they didn’t have our room either. After 8 hours on the road we were very tired. Receptionist called manager and they gave us someone else’s room. We were grateful, but sad for whoever came in after us as they would be out of luck.

Great place to stay in Albuquerque near the airport. They have both a bar and restaurant on premise. I was able to take their quick convenient shuttle to and from the airport. The place is a little dated, but they are presently updating, but it was very quiet and clean.

They’re renovating- so some dust/dirt/obvious renovating - Yet, the comfort, close proximity to airport, and friendly/helpful staff made up for any negativity!! Would definitely stay again!!

I didn’t like the fact that there were no handrails in the bathroom I think every bathroom should have a handrail The bed was too high for me to get in it much less a L hemiplegic The phone did not work at all until the maintenance Tyler figured out that the wires had not been connected. He was great and so was Shelly Our dinner was lukewarm by the time I got it This is the first hotel I have been in in the last 25 years that did not have a complementary breakfast buffet It was not a good stay overall

The view offered by the room was the partial back of a building and a parking lot. The parking lot lights glared into your room at night. Even with the malfunctioning shades. On my first morning the shower head broke. I had to take a shower with water dribbling out of the faucet. I found four cockroaches during my stay. When I informed the front desk and management all they did was give me a blank stare and say sorry with no emotion. They did not offer me another room. On my next to last day the toliet broke. It wouldn't flush. I informed the front desk. I left for 3 hours. When I came back it wasn't fixed and my room was not cleaned up. The location of the hotel is completely away from any amenities. Their breakfast was terrible and I felt sorry for the servers. They had no empathy from management. The cleaning service blocked the hallway with their equipment. All in all I would highly suggest to not stay at this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around this country and this is by far the worst. When I asked if I could cancel my reservation and look for another hotel they said it was too late. They had already run my credit card. I was not the only to complain. I witnessed other parties complaining and getting the same non-emphatic response.

My room had been beautifully upgraded. There were no hand rails nor non-slip features in the tub. Quite dangerous. The clock radio was not set-up and there were no instructions.

We enjoyed our stay at HIH. The staff there were so friendly especially the ladies at the front desk. I didn’t get their names but the I got to chitchat with the daughter (she was waiting on her mom to relieve her shift) She was super sweet especially to my daughter. The food was ok, just a bit too pricey for the portions. The rooms were spacious, just needs some updating and renovating. Parking was ok, filled up quick at night so we had to park on the street which wasn’t bad at all. But this property was convenient for us as it’s right by the airport and down the road from car rental. Price range was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably book here again.

Reserved a room with a jetted tub, but the tub was not jetted. Carpet was extremely worn between the desk and the bedroom. Cracked tile in shower. Entire hotel is currently being renovated, so I will chalk up the issues to that. All staff were friendly and wonderful.

The hotel is very dated. Broken tiles, hanging shower curtain rod, stain on carpet everywhere, walls tore up and holes everywere. This hotel should not be a Holiday Inn. It's beyond disappointing.

Nothing to eat because restaurant close for renovations and nothing around closer to walk for eating I have to order ubereat also the property needs a lot of renovations I think is under renovations hopefully is going to ve nice now. But overall good we see after everything is done. Thx

Hotel in midst of renovations so restaurant was closed..no breakfast available but they had couple of vending machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was nice but definately needs new carpet/ flooring and few repairs on ceiling.

Overall it was a great stay. Very comfy beds, very friendly and excellent staff, and quiet rooms. The layout of the hotel was a little weird, our window faced another guests window.. but overall satisfied and I’d stay here again

Old property. Floor uneven under carpet, sheets have stains, hard mattress, minimal covers, flat pillows, dirty pool, dirty hot tub, broken jets, no breakfast because of construction. Not even a banana or granola bar. Worst Holiday Inn I've ever seen. For a quick overnight fine but for the money Im sure I could find better next door.

The tv didn’t work all night or part of the day they said the system was down , then when using the tube and it was draining it was bobbling in the sink and toliet and they didn’t want to help cuz I booked threw a third party will never stay again

It was good, they were doing construction so it was kind of annoying, they didn’t clean while we were there but it was fine since we only stayed two nights. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool and hot tube were nice we were all alone!
