These people were incredibly understanding . We had a non refundable reservation and TWO days before our trip, the Canadian givernment revoked permits for Mexicans. No grace period, no warning . We had to get new ETAS or Visas and it was a nightmare as flights, hotels , entrance tickets were all paid . People at the chateau simpathized and refunded our money so we could foz our ETAs and rebook the stay . Really appreciate it . We lost a hotel in Montreal, entrance fees and a percentage of our flight so this was really nice of them

This is a fantastic choice based on area hotels! We could not be happier. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if there is any issue it is rectified in a timely manner. We would stay here again 10 times out of 10. The hotel isn't over sized so things aren't over crowded. Nice outdoor hot tub and an indoor and outdoor pool (summer only)... There is an indoor fireplace, which is situated inside there games room which has a pool table. Only complaints are they NEED to replace the pool cues desperately and the pull out couch mattresses are deplorable!!! Overall I'd give this a 9.5 out of 10. We will be back. Stayed in the 2 bedroom. There is room for 6 no problem...! Their price overall is what makes them the most competitive. I hope it stays reasonable so we can visit again!!

We enjoyed our stay. Our 2 br unit was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor hot tub was nice. Indoor pool looked a little cloudy- did not use. Great location for skiing at Mount Tremblant just a few minutes down the road.

This is a cool little chateau with close access to the mountain. Very big and clean rooms. Unfortunately for us, the shuttle was out of service, the vending machine was out of order, no waters in the rooms, and the hot tub was moderately warm at best. In addition, the staff wasn’t the friendliest and doesn’t even greet you when you walk in the door.

Not bad, we did not expect much, went skiing not on the hotel much. Hot tub was not hot. Multiple phone calls to the reception were not answered and nobody called back.

Noisy - very thin walls. Could hear everything. Broken glass on floor and in dishwasher. Dishwasher caked with white slimy residue. Bed comfy, outdoor hot tub a nice treat. Plenty of sleeping options/areas. Our room had 2 bathrooms which was great. Bathrooms very clean and well stocked. Kitchenette well stocked.

We are returning visitors to the hotel, including our extended family as well. This is my second time staying at the Chateau and the change in management is very evident through the quality of our stay, this second time around vs. what we have personally experienced in the past. Magaly and the three shuttle drivers were absolutely incredible and the only people at the hotel who treated us with kindness and the hospitality we deserved. Here are only some of the grievances we experienced: - Front desk complained about other guests and not being able to go to the restroom for 3 hours to me, which was extremely unprofessional and deterred me from asking for anything that was lacking in the room -Asked for towels and was told that the hotel doesn’t have capability to wash towels for all the guests. We were three people staying for three days and there weren’t enough towels in the room to begin with. - Hot tub was not working the first night without a notice of when it would be fixed - Was misled about ski rental service not operating at the hotel - I Had to ask 2x and wait one hour for the Murphy bed to be brought down, which impacted our sleep schedule - Asked for robes and the front desk continued to insist that she already gave me the robe when in fact I did not get any robe. I tried to give this feedback to the management and only Magaly from the front desk reached out. I never got a call from her management to offer resolution, which I expect as a returning guest.

It was just wonderful. No detail was overlooked or neglected by this hotel's staff. We stayed at a family suite that was equipped with everything from A to Z, whether kitchen utensils, dishes or complimentary bath and kitchen products (no tea though, bring your own!). The room was immaculately clean, modern, the linens were luxurious, with plentiful towels, robes, etc. Murphy bed is a brilliant solution to provide a luxurious additional bed and to free up space during the day. If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to include a sealing strip on bathroom's and bedroom's French doors. The facilities were up to par: large game room, interior pool, large outdoor hot tub. Everything was clean and a pleasure to use. The ski storage required asking front desk staff to lock/unlock it. Complimentary shuttle was prompt and arrived within minutes. Thank you very much, everyone and especially Patrick, who provided a lot of guidance and help prior and during our stay.

We asked if we could check in earlier they said yes. Later we were charged an extra 23$ on our credit card. We would of appreciated being told about the extra charge at the time of check in. Great room and amanites for families.
