Overall, the residence was adequate. Communication with the property manager was excellent, but there was some things that weren't great; the beds were not queen as listed, the floor was dirty (we were asked to take off our shoes [no big deal] but ended up with soiled sock bottoms), and the "fully stocked" kitchen was more "minimally stocked". It was very nice having a washer and dryer there and the media options were great for the kids. The shower did not have enough hot water and the drain did not function well. Having closet space and hangers were also helpful. The neighborhood was very convenient with everything nearby and was quiet.

The house itself is nice enough. The owner has done a good job of making this small place comfortable, although the living room seating is only so-so. The kitchen is well stocked and the 4 bedrooms were nice to have, since we were there for a month and had to work from those rooms during COVID (shelter-in-place). The beds were not queen sized, as noted in the property description - the owner told us that he had paid for queen sized beds but they were full beds (we brought both full & queen sheets, so we know for sure). Also, the thermostat kept turning itself off...we were there on some 100+ degree days, and discovered many times that the temp inside the house had gotten into the 80's - not at all comfortable. The backyard is covered in bark, but there are no plants except one poor little grape vine. Also there was no propane provided for the BBQ. The neighborhood is questionable. Noisy Fairoaks Blvd is less than a block away and we often had homeless people hanging out across the street. However, there is a nice neighborhood just past the nearby park and we didn't feel unsafe. I will say that the location is convenient. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and the weekend farmer's market was within walking distance. Overall, I'd say that the house is fine, but it was exorbitantly expensive to stay for 30 days - twice as much as our mortgage on the 3200 sq. ft house we just sold in the East Bay. For that price, we felt like it should have been REALLY nice, not just adequate...and it wasn't.

Nice place. Check-in was easy and the amenities were as advertised. The house was clean and quiet and close to a lot of different stores and restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

This home was perfect for my 8 friends and I over the weekend. There were 4 queen beds and 3 couches/futons that folded out to make three additional sleeping areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Hamid was very accommodating with our requests and followed through with everything that we arranged prior to our stay. The home has wifi and an Apple TV with Netflix for those wanting to just stay in for the night. There is a Starbucks around the corner, perfect for morning trips for coffee. Anything else you could want isn't far away either. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future. Thanks again, Hamid!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is big and has a lovely garden/ yard and big bedrooms upstairs. 20 min to city center and nicely located in quiet cul-de-sac. Owner very easy and quick to communicate with!
