Stay was ok. Went to the pool 3 days.. all 3 days power washing was going on the entire time. Very annoying. Pool was freezing. No shuttle to the beach which is understandable but should b clear on the website. Bed was comfy. Maid service top notch. Over nite check in lady was nasty. Overall good. Not great.

You could not control the air conditioning in your room. It was set at 74 and it would not go up or down. Horrible and we were seweating most of the night. I could not use the big pillows because they were too high for my neck to fit on them. Overall, we will never come back

First and foremost, I made some requests before my stay. I was pleasantly surprised that someone actually listened and I was very pleased with the room and accomodations. The staff was very pleasant. The prices for the food were not.

I booked this mini Vacay for me and my kids. We loved our stay. The bedroom rooms and bathroom were very spacious. And clean. I loved the out view overlooking the river and golf course. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. Room and bathroom are spacious with terrific toiletries. Michael (bartender in Reflections) and Sam (works valet) are true gems. Their service was truly exemplary. Opportunities to Improve: - Rooms are quite dated and need a refresh. - Water was turned off for about 45 minutes. A proactive communication would have been nice instead of waking up and having to call the front desk. I’ve traveled all over the world and this was a first.

It aas a good stay other than one of the workers tried to just come into out room without making himself known. Im glad i had the door stopper on because he went back and knocked and asked did I call (which i didnt) other than that it was a wonderful stay.

We were in town on a one night stay for a family function. The facilities, grounds accommodations and staff were exceptional. I would suggest a different style shower head. Ladies of different ethnicities such as African American or Latino find it difficult to use an overhead/rainfall shower.

The staff is wonderful and the view is absolutely gorgeous but I was very disappointed in our room. We stayed in a Club Suite that was clearly in need of some renovations. There were a couple loose floor boards and a few areas where the paint was peeling in the corners of the walls, overall that part wasn't a big deal. The problem came with the things that should have been fixed before renting the room out. The curtains were literally falling off the balcony doors. The fridge was leaking on to the kitchen floor (I don't think anyone had been staying in the room for awhile so the freezer was probably just defrosting but the water filter also needed to be changed and would alarm every time you used it.) The robes in the closet had stains on them and we had trouble with the closet door closing because the top hinges were coming apart. A door stopper actually fell off at one point, I managed to fix that. There was a bulb burnt out in the bathroom and the built-in wine rack had a thick layer of dust on it. The part that actually really upsets me was that the fireplace in the room didn't work. The engineer came up to light the pilot for us and didn't even get halfway in the room before stating that the fireplace in our room had been broken. To me, that was one of the biggest perks of paying extra for the suite... So much for my plans of ringing in the New Year with toasts by the fire. In conclusion, I don't think I'd recommend paying for any extra comforts if you're staying here.

The rooms were well furnished and in great condition, almost new. The only negative thing was the air freshener within the room, which was too strong. The other amenities were great with good location. Would stay here again.

At the beginning, there were some problems such as, Room not being prepared by Room service before our arrival, the access card not being able to work, etc... But hotel staff did take care of that, and the staff managed to accomodate us to the new room which was prepared. Overall Stay was good!
