My issue was room cleanliness. There was something that felt like cereal near the chair which I stepped on with my bare foot and heard it crunch. The room wasn't vacuumed well. (if at all)
On the dresser with the tv there was a sticky spot, like jelly, which infers the dresser wasn't wiped down.
There was a large water spot on the sink, in the front where one washes,. Not an issue normally, but with the other two negatives I noticed it. The sink wasn't wiped ...

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t even greet us with pleasing words. Valet was not organized, poor communication & not very professional. Concierge seemed irritated with the guests because we asked about how we were to get our vehicle. Since the valet had a closed sign posted on the front. NO MICROWAVE!! This hotel didn’t scream luxury and welcome guests to me!! Lack of signs in the corridor to give me directions of where the elevator was located. Taped EXIT SIGNS to the ceiling, lol. Beds were not comfortable at all. I didn’t want to know that your establishment is SHORT STAFF everywhere. I feel if your staff is UNHAPPY at their job, they should go look for an happier job. The hotel lobby is lacking an ambiance and excitement. It’s not very inviting and doesn’t feel like I would want to go run to brag about the hotel foyer.

Good stay however, no microwave provided. Also, it would have been really nice if breakfast was also provided. Overall, the place is nice to look at and the grand entrance is really, really beautiful to look at.

The trip was lot's of Fun! The rooms were large and nice looking on the inside. Cleaning could have been better but I re cleaned the room with my own products. The Casino was very impressive along with the restaurants. The Staff was Excellent!!! Love the Staff! Will book another trip Soon.

Customer service at front desk could have been more informative. We thought we were stuck in elevator. No one explained about using key to go up so we called security.

Me and my wife just got married on December 19,2023 this is the first getaway for us and we both had a good time, good stay, and good fun. I only recommend one thing need a microwave on each floor vending area

Lovely hotel. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Very nice room set at comfortable temperature. Windows face west so curtains had to stay closed. No matter, view is of parking lot and roofs of attached lower buildings.

The check in took a bit long. Not expecting that. However, The Staff at the Front Desk was Excellent!! Beyond accommodating. Can't say enough nice things about them.
The room was very spacious. The bed, for me, wasn't the best. However, if I could have stolen the pillows to take home, I would have. Best Hotel pillows ever!!

This is a great location when I have to stay overnight due to an extremely early start time at work.
However, I always am checking out early around 4am and can never get a copy of my receipt. They always say they will email it and that it is sent right then and I’ve never once received it and always have to follow up

This was rather disappointing stay - the Wi-Fi did not work, no gym access after 10PM, no breakfast before 8AM. Although I realize this is somewhat of a seasonal property, the competitors down the road offer full breakfast at 6AM, 24-hour gym access, modern rooms and free high-quality reliable Wi-Fi.
There were also no blankets in the room or on the bed and my heat was broken. I tried calling the front desk 5 times to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. The temperature in the room dropped to 40 degrees, so I slept in my coat.
The most positive part of this stay was the front-desk check in person. She was professional, helpful and attentive.
This property misses the mark on what are the needs, desires and expectations of a modern day traveler. The management strategy appears to be ill focused and dated.
My room overlooked the Dover Racetrack and when I first arrived, I was excited by the idea to come back and get a trackside room during a NASCAR race. Yet, after this stay I am not sure I would roll the dice on a return visit.

Only one complaint. Ran out of hot water in middle of second shower. Room was large and very nice.

When we arrived first thing we noticed was that the door glass was very dirty, then we checked in and the room that we were supposed to have or told we were getting we didn’t get. It was supposed to be a handicap room with a walk-in shower, and the guy assured me that that was the room we was getting but when we ended the room we found out that it had a bathtub in it so they had to move us to another room, and after they move us to another room in the room all night only to find out the next morning that the lock on the door doesn’t lock so we call someone to fix the lock, but the person at the front desk was so careless about what time someone was coming they act like it wasn’t a big deal but we had to leave and leave the room unlocked hoping I will be long as wouldn’t be stolen until someone came to fix it. We didn’t know that made service would not come to clean the room. Nobody’s told us about that until we return and found out the room was still dirty towels were still dirty so we had to call room service and order some new towels.
