Pros:
1. Beautiful property with an amazing view.
2. Spacious family suite
3. Comfortable bed
4. Quiet, waking up to birds singing in the morning.
Cons:
1. Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok.
2. Showers are very small.
3. A/C not turned on this time of year; was not offered fans until the last day.
4. Minimal amenities.
5. Few outlets
The villa is beautiful, just be prepared for a “rustic” experience. Don’t expect modern rooms, it has the charm of an old villa, if that is what you are looking for. The grounds are beautiful and the view is amazing. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Tuscany. It is on top of a hill with great views from much of the property. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice pool. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth the money.
Romantic. We saw people whom we believed to be honeymooners. Also, the breakfast is really good and really nice. You sit on top of the hill looking over the valley while eating a good breakfast. We didn't play tennis, but noticed there were tennis courts as well.

Stunning views and location. Beautiful pool area with a bar. Spacious, atmospheric and clean rooms, at least the attic rooom. Excellent restaurant with countryside views from the terrace.
