I really needed a ground level floor even though they initially told me none was available they continued to look and offered me a great room with no adjustments to the room rate.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated that they did not have to come into our room at all unless we requested them to do. They clean the room every three days and we only stayed for three days. Easy access off of the freeway. We will most likely stay there again.

Overall, a nice relaxing night’s stay. However, dogs barking as we walked down the hall & dog hair in the hallway dampened our enthusiasm for the one night stay.

The shower head didn’t have much pressure at all so took way longer than necessary to rinse off especially with the soap. Not much water savings. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Poor selection. We selected this hotel because a review stated the bed was stiff. We found the opposite, bed was too soft. Light in bathroom needs fixed. It looks like someone is watching you in there. Light in entry needs painted around it (room 327). I was very happy the room was clean and minimalist.

It was alright. It seemed very loud, we heard everything going on in the halls, it was like there was nothing separating us from the people in the hallway. The bed was pretty hard.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day. The staff was exceptional! The rooms were clean and modern. The grounds were well kept with a back sitting area. The hotel is steps away from the Virgin River Trail which has miles and miles of walking/bike riding. Great location which is just of the freeway and close to golfing, restaurants and shopping.

Looked nice from the outside and inside but Smelled terrible from Sewer gas coming from bathroom drain, very noisy from fwy traffic to doors slamming and dogs barking. Barely slept 3 hours

The hotels First appearance of cleanliness of the lobby was good. But as we were walking to our room, we noticed doors up walls, not cleaned. The cleanliness was Lacking. Pillows were terrible But the staff was nice and friendly! The walls are pretty paper thin could hear everything in the next room.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for 3 nights while we was down there for a dance competition. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. The only complaints I have are maybe change up the breakfast a bit and not have the same thing every morning. And maybe spray for spiders. I got bit 4 times the first night. (However this can happen anywhere). I will definitely be staying here again.

Stopped for one night on our way home. The hotel appears new and it was lovely. We stayed in a handicapped room and it was equipped with all the things that someone with mobility impairment could ask for. There was just one tiny glitch. The control to use the hand held shower was way up high above the shower head. How would someone in a wheelchair be able to reach up to it to start the hand held shower? Weird. And obviously designed by someone who had full mobility.

My boyfriend got food poisoning after eating breakfast and was sick in bed all day until the next morning. I had to take him to get IV fluid replacement since he could not even keep water down, This cost us $150,00. We had to cancel with the real estate agent, We spent 2 nights in a hotel to view properties. There was no manager available until the next day and he was useless. DO NOT STAY HERE !

Room was comfortable as usual, we stay here often. Front desk staff wasn't up to par this trip. We travel with pets, and there was a communication breakdown between the front desk staff and housekeeping. When you're the person that controls access to the rooms, you should probably pay attention to the details.

Large room with separate lounge area. Reasonable price. Spoilt by pet owners and barking dogs. Could hear the occupant in the next room snoring - loudly. Doors to the rooms shut loudly - no quiet shut. The noise spoilt the stay completely. Will not use this one again or recommend.
