My check in was a bit rocky. Only the 6th floor was availability and i stated too high so Ebony found 3rd floor and no accessible rooms were available but they made it happen. Just the fact the room I reserved was not listed. Then parking at 25.00 dollars--not good.

It is a very good choice for the stadium or the convention center. Only 3-4 blocks to downtown. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is decent but the bar and restaurant are not very good. Surprisingly nice gym, pool and hot tub. nice people as well but under staffed.

Your staff was on top of things to make such a massively crowded event smooth and enjoyable. It must have been overwhelming to have so many people come to the city for the eclipse but you all were so friendly and ready to help. Thanks for making this once in a lifetime event so easy!

It took nearly an hour to check in. A gentleman in front of us had been there 30 minutes before we arrived. There was only 1 girl working the desk and she had to deal with a huge bus trying to park. The back parking lot had 2 cargo trucks taking up 12 spaces. The TV reception was HORRIBLE!! Like it was buffering the whole time. No matte what time. The girl working did comp us breakfast and parking for our trouble checking in. She was absolutely wonderful and did the best she could do. She was just SEVERELY understaffed.

The hotel was nice and clean. The parking garage was broken so finding parking was difficult the first day. The keycards kept malfunctioning. The room was great, not as quiet as we would have hoped. It seems the locals use the road in front of the hotel as a drag strip between the hours of midnight and 2am. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is also really good-close to lots of restaurants and event centers.

I was disappointed with a few things. Several TV channels were glitching and not working... including Bravo which was the one I wanted to watch. The ATM machine did not have cash in it. There was a huge volleyball tournament in town so I was surprised they wouldn't anticipate that and be ready. And my room key did not work, on 2 separate occasions. I had to call someone up to let me in and the first time it happened was late at night. I waited 10 min standing in the hallway for someone to come up and let me in. Very inconvenient. The 2nd time I was shocked because I just gotten a new key. The good part was the staff/service was nice/helpful. The manager on site helped with both TV (nothing he could do) and the key situation. The bartender was also very nice. It's just frustrating with the cost of hotels so high ($1200 for 3 nights) it's upsetting when things aren't as they should be.
