There was mention of breakfast at check in but we discovered the next morning you had to be some type of member that you pay $40/mo. Everyone was extremely polite.

Very nice modern upscale type hotel with friendly staff. Very clean room with good internet but hot water was not very hot. Good value for the weekday rate, there is a $35 per day parking fee.

We were there for a gymnastics meet and the hotel was very busy. There was always a little wait for the elevator. There are not any close restrooms. Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel was clean. Disappointed that we had no refrigerator. I thought there was one in the room. Didn’t love the bathroom. Not enough light, no fan so when taking a shower it steamed all up and the toilet is right there by the door. A few minor things but we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful. I reserved a room with a city view and when I got there they tried to upcharge me for it. Luckily I had a screenshot of my reservation which stated a city view. The clerk was very nice and didn’t argue it and corrected the room immediately. The hotel is walking distance to multiple restaurants and the mall. Uber/lyfts were only $5-6. You’re better off using them since everywhere charges parking when you leave the hotel. Valet is $30/night.

This was my 1st time staying downtown and I loved the location. It was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and everything we needed was close by. The valet was professional and courteous. The front desk staff greet you at the door and walk you to the front where they check you in promptly. The elevators were quick even with a tournament going on. The hotel had lots to do downstairs such as snacks bars, restaurants so we never felt like we “had to” leave. Would definitely stay again.

I love how beautiful the lobby was and the option to dine in or eat out. I also liked the option to use the elevator or escalator. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room and someone else’s clothes were still hanging in the closet. The front desk service was exceptional, especially from Andrew. He went above and beyond to help with a billing problem. I cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism.

Key cards were not working when we got there. Employee had to take us to our room to let us in. Also had to use a key card to use the elevator, so once we got to our room we could not go anywhere because we could not get on the elevator. Key cards finally started working after 11:00 pm, just in time to go to bed and get up and leave in the morning.

Great Location for Convention Events. Dining and shopping opportunities are above expectations. Hotel Panty is Terribly Overpriced in comparison to the hotel restaurants for someone needing a quick bite or not able to leave the property. $15 for a pint of ice cream. 😳 And the toilet paper is institutional facility grade. MARRIOTT CAN DO BETTER.

The location was the main factor for us to book this hotel. The staff was kind and courteous from check-in to check-out. The only downside we found was that someone had left socks and t-shirts in the drawers-signifying that perhaps these weren't cleaned before we arrived.

The room itself was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. On a Saturday night only 1 of the 6 elevators we’re working. I waited on my floor for over 15 minutes for an elevator before attempting the steps. I still couldn’t get to the lobby because the entire second floor (stairs/stairwell included) was closed for a private event. Parking was comped for everyone that checked in before us, but we were not extended the same courtesy and we’re charged for 2 nights when told we only had to pay once. Housekeeping came to turn over our room at 8am (waking us up) when checkout wasn’t until 11. Otherwise the housekeeping staff were the friendliest and most hospitable staff we encountered. The bartenders in the lobby were friendly, but the front desk staff was not. No vending machines. Ice was not available on every floor which would have been fine if the elevators were working.
