Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower.
The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food.

Front staff was very professional and helpful and the room we stayed in for 3 (with our daughter) was spacious and very clean. Instead of a cot, the twin bed was a comfortable bed and well placed in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, facility, and staff was great. No issues with check-in/check-out. The rooms are well appointed, especially for the price. Only problem was they do not have an airport shuttle, which was advertised and the main reason we booked with them through Expedia. They did help reserve taxi’s, but they are ridiculously expensive in Italy.
