Our stay was great overall as the staff was friendly. Andralee Black at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us. Updates are definitely needed. The beach section needs care. Kayaks and other water equipment are old and broken. There are no pedal boats or archery as advertised. They could add some slides or trampoline in the water for more beach fun. The pool is a lot of fun however why is there drainage water from the main restaurant building dripping in the pool? Coconuts should be available at every bar all day since they are everywhere on the property.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton all inclusive resort was beautiful. It was great knowing that all the food and drinks were free as well as room service (at certain times). It was well maintained and clean. The beach was right there on the property along with the multiple pool options. I just wished there was an elevator in the buildings that we stayed in, since we were on the third (top) floor. I guess we exercised that way. Overall, I would return in the future.

The Jamaica resort is horrible. I had a wedding there with 155 people. They claimed that we had 173 guests which was incorrect. They failed to provide room reservations for us in advance therefore 90% of our family and friends had to book on their own. They never confirmed our guest count so they added 1500 to our room. They never provided car service to the wedding venue as promised, strangers were able to enter our cocktail hour and they quickly ran out of food. The service is POOR!! the wedding coordinator (Thorna-Ann) is bogus. She basically hid behind the door instead of trying to help address our issues.
I will advise ANYONE to take their business else where. The only person who tried to assist us was Francisco Alverez from Mexico. The Jamaica resort is a SCAM VENUE. I feel awful that we had so many people who came to love and support us and they were treated poorly.

Property is nice with various options but overall food is not nice, no varieties, staff and management is terrible. The only thing they know is to say sorry for everything but never fix anything. Staff would not complete task on day1 and when you go to them on day 2 you get to know the person before them never completed to added the request for you.

Loved the staff, the landscape was beautiful, and the pool and beaches were quite calming. Everything was well spread out. Finding a shuttle to get from one area to the next was sometimes a challenge, forcing us to walk sometimes. But even that was somewhat manageable. Thank you grand palladium lady Hamilton for the amazing experience on our honeymoon!!!.

The beaches and pools were nice, but that is about the only part of our stay that was enjoyable. The sales staff for the Travel Club and Spa would stop you anytime you got near the lobby or restaurants and try to sell you something. This happened 3-4 times a day. As far as food is concerned the buffet was ok, the sit down restaurants were sometimes not even as good. The Indian restaurant was the only decent one we tried. We wanted to try the steakhouse but it was closed on my wife’s birthday. We had been waiting to try it in that day and we had to leave the next day. No menus or times for restaurants posted anywhere, no printed materials in the rooms so the only way to know was to download their app which was inaccurate or hard to find any info. Pools opened at 9am but were always being cleaned so really not open until 10am. It would have been nice to use the pool before 10am as it gets hot quickly since the beach had no breeze. Would be a much better experience with less harassment by sales staff, better food and better information to help guests plan their stay.

Food options and quality were not satisfactory. Fruit were not always ripe. Some foods were not edible due to poor perservation and flies. Limited variety for desert options and not fresh

No Ac in the restaurant or rooms for 6 days. Complained every night they did nothing about it. Staff is rude and will only move if u too first but that won’t make them come back fast. Had to wait for glass of water for over 30 min at times and half the time never got my drink. Food in the buffet was the same everyday. I can go on do t do t want to waste my time not like anything will be done.

Staff were friendly and courteous. The resort could use more non-pork protein options for breakfast. The rooms need to be updated and repaired properly as I had a leak in my ceiling in the bathroom and there was a partially flooded lobby in my villa near my room.

The entertainment was cool. When going into the mobay buffet. The waitresses were inattentive and was never around. Each time we had to get a hostess to find somebody to provide us drinks! Samoya was the only waitress on point. Next I will never book clients to stay here if they are needing double beds. The first come first serve is ridiculous. We with about 6 other guest had to get room switches. The lady I spoke to in customer relations was rude! I advised her they decorated a room that we got switched from. She tells me I should have emailed them, why?? You can’t see this in your system. I will be getting with the owners because this is just a snippet of the goofy stuff that happened here!

The property was absolutely beautiful. So many different restaurants and bars. Multiple pools and beaches. BUT the customer service is not good. To be more exact, those that are in place to help you directly are not friendly at all. You come out better catching a server, maid, or butler passing through to help you with something. After the second day, I was over the buffet food. At the restaurants, the service is extremely slow. The bars have the best food (in my opinion) And it seems as if all the liquors are watered down...Bring your own! Even after all of that, it is a nice place to vacation.

The rooms were dusty and not cleaned. My allergies were very bad because of this. The staff was rude and threatened my group. We did not get the room we paid for and had to wait 3 hours for a room.

Our overall experience was disappointing, the first room we got was undergoing renovations when we walked in. We got a new room which was not properly cleaned and smelled of urine, the mini fridge was not keeping items cool the AC was not working properly in our bedroom… the list goes on. I will say that the staff cleaning and stocking the room and driving us around were very friendly and accommodating but our encounter with the front desk or serving staff was unpleasant in most cases. It almost felt like our stay was intrusive.

The property is nice but not modern in many instances. The staff and service wasn’t not the greatest. Many of the staff personnel was rude or incompetent. My first night my door to my villa didn’t work I had to go the lobby twice after being told it was the key when in actuality the issue was the door had to be reprogrammed. Then the hot tub jets didn’t work upon arrival they had to send maintenance in. House keeping would also show up at odd hours of the day like 6pm. In one instance because I had been gone all day on a tour. I just got back at 630 and they came I asked if they could return shortly because I just got back and they gave an attitude walked away and never came back for the day. I was also told by more than 1 employee the adult pool was 24 hrs only to go and be told by security they close at 10. In all I wasn’t happy with my stay based on servicing during my stay

The male staff was far too pushy with their "compliments" and attempts to get us to leave the resort...became annoying very quickly. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and the resort was beautiful and had lots of varieties for food and drinks.

A must visit property. Tons of options for the food and drinks. Evening musical performances were phenomenal. The only minus this property has is the beach area portion. Not much area on the beach side and has solid rocks underneath where you swim so he careful. 5 starts for the staff and people working in Palladium, they’re super friendly.

The hotel environment and atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, but the service is the most horrible.
Most staff are not trained, and you rarely find someone on staff that could help you, but they were also very friendly, it was just lack of training, or bad management.
Checking in was terrible. We had to change our room twice to find one that was clean and live-able.
Dining was the most disappointing, and we tried different restaurants, including Hibachi. Very basic, they forget to bring your drink, they also fail to ask what you drink, then so many mistakes would happen in between.
It was my first time in Jamaica, and I'm not sure if other resorts can be better than this one but I should trust the reviews before I book this resort.

This was an excellent resort and we had a great time! Room service was disappointing but the bars and restaurants made up for that. Best pool area I have been in. You never felt crowded!

Nigth entertainment was poor the disco is close and is pretty much nothing to do at nigth for young couples is boring . The room was clean every day and mini bar refill with water and beers overall is a decent hotel , the best part was the food

The bathroom and floor was dirty in the rooms, the phone in my room could only dial zero. The buffet food was unseasoned and cold. The female staff at the resort were unfriendly. We booked an excursion and were told we would be stopping at Margaritaville but were taken to some other beach. The check-in process was long. The hotel is outdated and needs refurbishing.

The bathrooms appeared dirty, especially the bathroom. The phones in the rooms didn’t work unless you were calling the operator. The female hotel staff were unfriendly and somewhat rude, nor were they helpful when it came to providing direction. The buffet food was tasteless and cold. I could go on, but I’ll just summarize by saying it was supposed to be the best trip of the year for me because I recently retired, but it turned out to be the worst!

Second time going to property and it has declined. Room had a mold smell at night, food at la carte restaurants were not quality and entertainment and activities could be better. All the fun is off the resort.

Only two elevators on the entire property and none of them take you to your room.
This was very inconvenient for me as I have a baby and going up and down with her and a stroller is the absolute worse!
Also the elevators that did work in the lobby, the lights were out so I was riding up and down in the complete dark. When I told a woman about it she told me to use my phone light. So unprofessional!
Also, as you're walking to breakfast mainly in the morning be prepared to be heckled by women asking you if you want a message. This was super annoying everyday, everytime. Also, when you arrive there are people who try to get you to sit for a timeshare, the PRESSURE IS SO INTENSE you feel bad saying no but on vacation you shouldn't feel pressured when you're checking into your resort for the week.
Food:
The food at the buffet was okay. The restaurants were a lot better especially the Indian which was the best!!! However, be prepared to wait for a long time to be served. It takes a long time for anyone to bring you water, napkins etc. and if you don't get to the restaurants super early they won't even seat you. I suggest getting to restaurants right at 5:30 to have a meal.
Out of date rooms: make sure you stay at the Jamaica side!! I can't emphasize this enough! I read it in another review and didn't realize how significant it was until I got a crappy room on the lady Hamilton side. Our room smelled of mildew and was filmy with dirty sliding doors. We received a downgrad

The amenities were okay however the security by the name of Tevin gave us a hard time and kept checking our wrist bands although we paid for 4 nights. He was unprofessional and even checked my room to see if we paid. Unbelievable service when we came in group of 10 and paid 4 nights pricing over $1500. Not to mention the location is too far if you want to do anything local. Even the excursions were an hour and twenty minutes out the way from resort. Would recommend another resort for the rate and unprofessional staff there named Tevin!

We enjoyed our 9 days at the resort. It was our 3rd visit.
The staff were excellent as usual. With a few minor issues that can be expected at most resorts in any country.
The maintenance staff was especially impressive. We had an ocean front suite and our sliding door was not working very well.
Our personal concierge (Germaine) was right on top of it and together they came up with a solution. Problem solved!
Housekeeping was excellent and we really appreciated our maid. Shout out to Turkin. She did a fantastic job.
Lastly the food was excellent for the most part. As in any buffet.
The most important thing is to go to your meals as close to opening as possible, resulting in hot, fresh and yummy food!
We enjoyed 6 of the a la carte restaurants and found the service and food quality excellent.
In summary, we look forward to our next visit. Hopefully this fall!

Buffet service need to improve. Food was cold. Not a big variety. Took very very long time to be serviced.

No customer service. We have stayed at a lot of different resorts, however this one there is no service. No one ever came and took are drink order. Plus most the time their blenders were broken and they couldn’t make any frozen drinks. When we were at the restaurant we would be told that we couldn’t get dessert. However the maintenance people always greeted us. Shopping in their stores people just did not smile. Will never go back their too many other places where they treat you much better.
