Perfect location close to the beach, staff very friendly. Also it was great having lounge chairs and umbrellas reserved for our hotel on the beach !! We’ll definitely come back 👍

Location by the ocean at Ocean road at beginning of all art Deco hotels, all within walking distance Collins ave , parallel to hotel with many shops Had lunch at Versaci restaurant Concierge very helpful , called for transportation to cruise terminal

The only thing I didn’t like is the lighting in the room was bright enough and they didn’t have wash cloths so they were given hand towels in the place of wash cloths.

I had to pay for breakfast eben though my arrangement was free breakfast. The management has problems with front porch cafe and ı had to pay a portions of breakfast fare for the last four days. It was annoying

The property was nice. The staff was great and friendly. One elevator was not working. The ice machine on the second floor was not working. There was no DJ at the pool all weekend.

Stay far far far away from this place booked a room at end of my trip to be closer to Miami airport stayed here about 10 years ago loved it then. Seen on there website they said newly renovated didn’t think twice booking it. Was a nightmare everything was falling apart carpet walls dingy grimy felt like a motel. Hot tub on “private” terrace was broken the furniture on the terrace was ripped and thrown around. Hair in the bed sheets and towels. They wouldn’t do anything to compensate complete false advertisement. Take your business elsewhere for sure it’s sad could really be a good place to stay again if they invested money back into the hotel.

My only gripe is I had no cleaning service the entire stay! I called the front desk to request cleaning service but they never came to my room! My room had no wash cloths and I had to walk the entire 2nd floor to find someone to give me a wash cloth! Overall it was a decent stay!

So much room in the penthouse suite. Staff was excellent! The value for location, Espanola way was a few steps away, Versace mansion all very close to some of the best restaurants in Florida.

The sole purpose of booking this hotel over all the others was the hot tubs. The jets don’t work, the tub didn’t retain heat so it kept getting cold fast. The building was pretty outdated, the pool was closed the whole time. Could have paid half somewhere else since the amenities I wanted weren’t even useful.

Don’t book here! Very old. Outdated. Things are broken and torn. This is a hotel with residence. The stairwell is locked at every level. The elevator was terrifying and sounded like you won’t get out. Front desk staff not friendly and give the feeling of being bothered. If you stay and purchase breakfast, make sure to give your vouchers prior to meal or you will get reprimanded like a child. Never again!

This hotel is completely falsely advertised. The conditions in our room and our friends’ rooms were very poor. The rooms in reality were nothing like the beautiful photos we saw online. All of our rooms were dirty and small, and there was a leak coming from our ceiling. We also were provided with a very limited amount of towels, and they seemed to be strict on this policy, which was not something I had experienced at a hotel before. There was also a good amount of homelessness around the premises, so we didn’t feel safe walking around.

The boutique/hotel looks dated from the outside but it is a hidden jewel. Very clean cute rooms. The pool had large inflatables that my kids really enjoyed. The onsite restaurant was yummy. The hotel staff was very kind. The property is central to ocean drive and many shopping places. Definitely booking again!

We have come to this property before. We live in Miami. But this time was beyond the rest! So many new things they didn’t have before. As well as the staff going above and beyond. We were lucky enough to meet the new owners on our last night there ( hotel is under new management we were told) our bartender ( named Meli) was so great we asked her to call management to give her praise and the property praise and that’s when we were introduced to the new owners who as well were so kind and interested in what we had to say. We spent our last night on property, they have a new bar, a little pool table area and we had a great time! Thank you to our bartender Meli, Marcus in house keeping he was GREAT as well, Daniel in the front desk was kind and attentive and his doodles MADE OUR NIGHT! He had his two dogs there and it was a little bonus added to our fantastic stay. Stacy who checked us in was also great and whoever the maintenance guy who helped us with the bathtub was great. We had such a great time most definitely better than last and cannot wait to go back!!

The most unique thing was having to have someone fill the hot tub for you. Which kind of provided a lack of privacy. However, having staff doing that made them realize that our hot tub had problems and we were accommodated. So it’s pretty awesome.

The hotel is listed as a 4-star property, however this hotel is so far away from 4-stars. I would rate it 2 stars at best. We have booked a jacuzzi room and upon check-in, we were told that jacuzzi can't be operated by guests and must be filled by hotel staff. That's odd but fine. The only issue is that the latest the tub can be filled is before 9PM. We got to the room and there were 2 small hand towels in the room. We called to get towels and we were told that the entire hotel has no towels and if we want, we can come down to get few beach towels. We asked to have towels or any sort of towels to be brought to the room and they said, fine. We were there for another 1+ and no-one brought us any towels and they wouldn't even answer the phone. When we went down for dinner, they said that they are too busy. We asked to fill the tub by 9PM. Came back at 9:30, the tub is filled but it doesn't work. They sent maintenance, which said that this tub is broken and won't work. They offered us a $50 refund due to inconvenience, however it was not processed when we checked out and now I have to call the hotel to work this out. And there is another thing. The hotel is advertised with full breakfast included, however it turns out that breakfast is served ONLY between 8AM-9AM. I have NEVER been to a place with breakfast for only 1 hour. So, we've missed that as well. This room is over $400 per night. This is unfortunately a complete rip off without any real services being provided. Stay Away

The Location is beautiful...but the hotel is run down the hotel needs renovation ,Everything worked ok tho and the bed was comfy ....The hot tubs are old the terrace view is beautiful but it was hot up there and they didnt have a cover for ours soo we didnt spend much time up there! Which was one of the things i wanted to enjoy the most.

While the front desk was helpful and the Front Porch Cafe served good food w good service, the rest of the hotel was really wanting. Our mattress looked like it may have been the scene of a murder. The gym was almost unusable (broken treadmill, one broken elliptical, broken stationary bike, missing free weights, very dirty, no towels, non functional water dispenser and water fountain outside also not functioning) Wi-Fi was barely functional. The whole facility seems in need of some updating and cleaning.

For the price, you get "nothing". Day time front desk tried to be nice, but the hotel ran out of coffee pods and drinking water; towels had to be requested; pool area was bare like an abandoned apartment complex -- no bar, or any type of service of any kind at the pool. Has so much wasted potential, and at over $600 a night, leaves you wishing you stayed at an actual hotel and not some make-shift rentals under the guise of a "hotel". This is not a hotel.
