Not a good hotel! Staff were very unfriendly and rude for the most part (except the very nice guy at check-in). When I arrived, I checked in and found that my room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. Eventually, I was given another room for the night but was told I would have to check-out by 10am to be moved to the correct room - unfortunately, at 10am this room was still not ready. I only had to wait 10 minutes for it to be cleaned but this is also a bit concerning aa it should take more than 10 minutes to properly clean a room. The room itself is fine but the air con did not work very well, there were ants on the floor and it clearly needs a good deep clean and refresh. Check-out was fine but I later realised I had left my (very expensive) engagement ring in the room - I returned to the hotel to collect it, initially I was not allowed back into the room to check for it even though I was told it had not been cleaned. I was only allowed to look in the room once the maid service had arrived - it was not there but once I was in the room, the bed had been stripped and the water bottle replaced - clearly someone had been in the room. My ring was nowhere to be found. I now have to make a police report. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all - would steer clear of this one.

I liked everything about my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I especially enjoyed their wonderful buffet breakfast!

Overall our stay was good. The only issues in the room (we did not bring this up as personally we were not bothered, but others may be) were mainly that the maintenance seemed to be lacking, cleanliness was not an issue though. In our bathroom, we had a door with a broken lock so we had to leave it unlocked at all times, the shower door was damaged and didn’t fully shut meaning the floor was always considerably wet after shower usage, a floor tile was damaged in the middle of the shower causing the floor to be slightly unstable and the soap dispenser had been broken off the wall and then rested up against the hand rail instead of being attached back to the wall. We also had no working light on one side of the bed. On a more positive note, the hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the centre for most people, the bed was very comfortable and we had a nice balcony with an unexpected nice view over the courtyard. We only stayed for 2 nights so the issues mentioned above were not affecting us too much and didn’t impact the stay to the extent that we felt like we needed to change rooms, it would’ve just been nice for the hotel to be on top of the general maintenance a bit more, seeing as 5 different things were unsatisfactory in a small room. The cost of the stay was quite high when you factor in that we had a few damaged things in the room.

TERRIBLE HOTEL! They gave us a smaller room than we booked and payed for. And they didn’t change the room for us. The room we stayed in, was terrible. The staff had no understanding for our situation. And the pictures of the hotel/room are much better than reality. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Close to S Agostini Metro station in quiet residential area, with nearby shops and restaurants Very friendly staff, good breakfast and happy to cater for those with allergens Room was a good size with King Size bed and storage for clothes plus a safe Bathroom with bidet and walk in shower Air conditioning not great but kept room just cool enough at night ( we did request for it to be looked at)

Comfortable and clean hotel with reasonable access to the main sights of Milan via the metrol & tram systems. Reception team were very friendly and helpful. Only negatives are fairly trivial, the location of the hotel was in a slightly run down area (though we found out that a lot of investment was being made to improve this) and the hotel bar was a disappointment - it was laid out like a factory canteen when comfortable chairs and a more relaxing environment would have been preferable after a long day of sightseeing.

I was unsure of where to book for our first trip to Milan and this location was the best. It was far enough out of the city centre to be quiet but only a 10 or 15 minute walk to be right in the thick of it. But you are really starting to see beautiful things just. few minutes in. The tram and subway are literally 2 min walk away and everything was neat and tidy. Staff are lovely and unless you are looking for ultra modern aesthetics, you can't really knock this. Was affordable for high peak period in comparison to many others around.

From the people at the front desk to the area where the hotel is, I loved them all This is more like a suggestion, nothing bad about it. My room had "smart" energy-saving lights, but I never understood why they'd go off while I was in the room. Maybe a written explanation of how they work written somewhere would help

Poor hygiene condition in the hotel room. Got bitten by insect and got rash and allergy once enter the room immediately. There is no obvious insect seen, probably was something invisible by bare eyes like mites or ticks. Dust on bedsheet. Request to have a room change immediately but the manager replied there was no room available. I totally can’t sleep in that room and have to sleep in another room with other friends. The room was left empty for the whole night due to poor hygiene conditions. No such condition in other rooms. Bad experience for a 4-stars hotel that is totally not up to standard and cannot provide prompt solution for customers. Some staffs were kind though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, a bit noisy since it was above the entrance to the hotel and could hear the sliding doors open and close. The A/C blew faintly not cooling down the room so had to sleep in a very warm room and The TV to the room did not work either. The minibar in room stated complementary water, after taking 1 bottle we were charged for the water. Parking was €26 for valet and breakfast was also €26.

Clean modern-feeling hotel close to the bars/nightlife of the Navigli. Great deal overall. Although the room was smallish, the king bed and shower (arguably the 2 most important things) were comfortable and huge. Highly recommend.

Fast service when tv wasnt working. Tv only has a few channels and all italian. Windows do not stay open. Nice big bed and nice shower. They did not replace cups or water (so not able to have tea in the morning).

We had a short business trip in Milan recently. This hotel was clean and quiet- perfect for our needs. The breakfast was very good, and I appreciate the extra effort in regards to covid and keeping everything sanitary and safe. Also, this is a good location for restaurants and not far from the MUDEC museum.

The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The front desk staff when I arrived bent over backwards to help me. They were truly top notch. I did have an issue with the maid service. The maid just barged into my room without even knocking. I heard her speaking to her supervisor outside my door telling the supervisor I was in the room. The supervisor then decided she should just walk in also. I understand making a mistake but the supervisor should be fired for intentionally invading my privacy.

Very good location! The staff was super friendly. The room was big and clean. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable but ok for 2 nights. Our room was on the 1st floor and facing the street so at night we could hear some noise.

Great location, very clean and reception staff very welcoming. Some confusion over the room, I thought from the description of a single bed for two people it would be a double room (also double bed shown in the picture) but it was two single beds. Kindly sorted for the remaining nights.

Took for ever to check-in and out. They probably had a really bad software to work in. Luckily the staff was chatty and nice. The bedroom was small and kind of old. The bathroom was newly renovated but smelled like burned plastic. The ventilation we had to our room picked up a lot of cigarette smoke. All in all not recommended.
