Staff was very helpful and respectful. They helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for good places to eat. Also the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was amazing and helped replace towels and provide beach towels daily. The place it self was beautiful as well!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Cielo in Playa del Carmen. Overall, it’s an excellent option if you want an unbeatable location close to everything.
Good
Unbeatable Location: Extremely close to the ADO bus terminal, just a short walk to the beach, steps away from Parque Fundadores, and right on the famous Quinta Avenida.
Charming Style: The hotel features a lovely rustic design that captures a classic, traditional Mexican aesthetic.
Cleanliness: Everything in the room and property was kept very clean throughout our stay.

Lack of Room Amenities: There was no mini-fridge in the room.
Storage & Furniture Limits: It lacks basic furniture like tables, chairs, or proper luggage racks to set down bags and personal belongings.
Dated Elements: While the traditional style is part of the hotel’s charm, some fixtures and furnishings feel a bit too old rather than rustic.
