Great service from front desk employees! Thank you for all your help. Place is clean and very conveniently located! Just one note, the couch/sleepbed in the room needs to be upgraded ASAP!!! You can feel every spring and every tube across....

Stayed with my husband overnight because of a training for art teachers in Ocean City. Was a little skeptical about the place because I saw mixed reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by cleanliness, decor, and comfort of our hotel room. Definitely well worth the price and we would stay there again.

I wish I could give negative stars for the staff, one of the maids that cleaned our room stole my wife’s $300 bio ionic 10x pro styling iron (hair straightener/curler) a police report was filed but I’m sure nothing will come of it. Be very curious about staying at this property or any other properties affiliated with this property for that matter. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya

The hotel was a good price, and it is in a nice location 1 block from the beach. The front desk staff was very nice and they were accommodating. My issue was cleanliness. Stains on towels, there was blue-ish/green slime crusted on the back of my headboard which was not fun to see, there was a dirty fork on the floor on the balcony, and there was an entire piece of pizza crust on the floor in our room. Wouldn't not recommend this place but I was kind of hoping basic cleanliness wouldn't be an issue.

We enjoyed our stay except our room was pretty dirty. There were stains on all the towels, stains and hair all over the bed sheets, the shower was dirty and the drain was clogged so the tub would fill up with water every time we showered, the hairdryer had a ton of hair stuck in it, all the soap bottles were empty. Overall it felt like all they did was make the bed up and replace what was missing. The area is nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the suite is sizable. Nice big balcony and an easy walk to the beach. A bit old school, but a good values.

I was upset that this pet friendly hotel charged me over two hundred dollars when I arrived. They said I didn’t have a pet friendly room, which is what I thought I booked. The hotel was nowhere close to full and they couldn’t accommodate me and proceeded to charge me. I won’t be back.

We there for a weekend during tropical storm Ophelia. This was to be a relaxing weekend with my husband and two yorkies in tow. Our room was spacious, we had a small issue with driving rain that came under our door, I told the front desk, they sent someone right away, mopped and cleaned all up, gave us extra towels to place I. Front of the door. Hot coffee available every morning along with muffins and fresh fruit. Considering we were at the end of the season and during a tropical cyclone, everyone was cheery, professional, and attentive.

Be sure if you are not a motorcyclist that you find out when Bikefest is during the spring and fall. If you are seeking a quiet beach getaway DO NOT go then. The cacophony is unbelievable.

There were a few drawbacks. No option to check out late. I’ve had other properties allow 4pm checkout for $50 etc. this allows travelers to shower etc before leaving. Also we had ants in the bathroom and then in out stuff that was around the room. It was awful trying to clean everything out before we re packed to leave. Don’t expect breakfast as advertised, there are muffins and bananas and juice machines were empty. Plus side was bag of ice at checkout, beach chair borrow for free. Quiet clean room other than the ants with ample space and towels etc.

My husband and I took a last-minute weekend away, and were happy to find this hotel. Large, comfortable room with balcony. Plenty of free parking, and easy access to the beach. Wifi wasn’t the greatest, but we were not there to work. :-) Room rates very reasonable (we stayed after Labor Day in September).

Check in at 4:00pm. Arrived about 4:30. Arrived to a room we were told was ready but the bathroom was filthy. Long black hairs all over the place and even on the folded "clean" towels. We have light hair. Floor not washed. Tub was dirty. Cabinet had stuff all over it. Walls had mystery splatters. When they restocked towels and toilet paper they left used towels that were on the floor. After feedback the black hair was still in the bathroom and floor unwashed. Very loud with road out front. Sounded like the door was wide open. We left a day early even though the room was paid for. Cheap hotel but did expect basic cleanliness.

This hotel was perfect for a quick weekend trip. The rooms were updated and spacious. We had a 2 queen bed room. It was not directly on the beach but it is on the side of the street with the beach. There are multiple restaurants in the area. There was enough parking spaces under the hotel. The convenience is important on weekend/quick trips to maximize time at the beach. We did not use the pool but it was nice there was one available.
