The place stunk like urine. If I was in the position to cancel I would’ve.

The place was dirty, need update, there was mole on walls, water stains everywhere! The bathroom wasn’t nice at all, to be honest there’s nothing good about this hotel!!!!!!!

The bed had no sheet on and the toilet wouldn't flush. Every time you flush the toilet you have to lift the lud and press onto something to let the water not keep running.
The place is unkempt instead of saying its a hotel, just rename it a motel
Its a good thing we booked in for 1 night.
The propertior needs to take responsibility for its upkeep. And the cheek of it when booking on experdian it says no REFUND

It was absolutely horrible. Got water from the wrong places. The room smelled moldy and i left my suitcase open in the spot of the roof that was leaking and everything i had completely drenched. The shower stopped working in the morning. I was explaining to the receptionist that looked at me like i was speaking gibberish. This is unacceptable even at the low rate.

The hotel was terrible, no sheets on the bed, only 1 towel and when I ask for another for my husband they advise they don’t have anymore, my husband and I had to share a towel, the bed had me itching all night, no blankets on the bed. My husband left something at the hotel and we just went back and the same stains we saw on the cover was the same covers they put back on the bed after they cleaned the room! I do not recommend this place these people are disgusting.

The pictures are deceiving. The building is in total disrepair. Furniture is broken cracked peeling. The linens needs to be changed out. Dingy, discolored "white" towels. Headboard for bed falling apart. Too many to mention. Unfortunately had to stay the night as it was an overnighter for a morning flight. There should be a minimum standard for Expedia this place is unacceptable and should be removed until repairs are made.

We could not stay the night, as the hotel was far far too dirty. They show us 2 rooms but they where both dirty. It was just the room it was the whole place. This picture do not show the exactly the look of the very very run down property.

There was a hole in the tub. Shower leaked into bathroom. No room service of any kind. Flimsy doors, including the door to the balcony and a door on the balcony that led to the balcony of the adjacent room. Pool was non existent. Just terrible. Felt like an unkempt Hostel.

If I could rate this no stars I would’ve, this place should be even be opened I left the next day. This is worse than a hotel, place was filthy, holes everywhere and dirty. Restaurant food could’ve killed you. Threw up instantly food tasted very bad. No WiFi, I didn’t even leave my room the rooms had keys with doorknobs that were easily accessible. People at the pool shouted all night long. No hand towels only one towel provided. This place was nothing like the pictures shown. I was disgusted as a woman, never felt so dirty in my life. Motel 6 would’ve kept the lights on for me cause this place had none. Don’t stay here at all.

It was meant to be a 4 day stay till. It ended up being 1 night. This hotel is very dated after staying here I found out the picture of the hotel was take more that 10 yes ago. I didn't have good customer service as I was trying to confirm my booking because I booked at hotel.com the reception didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. The AC was not allowed to be turn off as it won't come back on. The fridge felt like 18 degrees. My toilet was clogged. The floor kept my feet black. In the end they had to change the room as things weren't working. To top it off the light was cut from (lightning), so from 7:30 pm till I left the morning round 10 am they still had no electricity. There was no at the desk to help me in the morning as well. I packed my wife and kids after that night and asked to be tranfer to a different hotel.

I did not stay at cariblue beach hotel. The driver from the airport suggested a different location and dropped me off there. He claimed cariblue beach hotel was too run down. He dropped me at airport Beach .

The Location was ok, there were most amenities a/c worked fine. Cable Tv was ok the bathroom and room needed a bit more cleaning and freshening up. The bathroom smelled like urine and very shakey. The property needs alot of upgrades. It look like a place in the 60s, very old and unattended. The pool looked half full and dirty.There was a nice sport bar on the property Spiritz we had breakfast there it was ok. The mini mart had most things you would need for a short vacation but a bit pricey. The host Mr Patrick and Brady was very friendly and willing to assist. Its a nice place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city. I would stay there again only if they make some serious renervation to the place. Those pictures they have up on

The condition of this location is highly unsanitary and requires proper upkeep. The entire area was filthy, necessitating a thorough cleaning. The lounge chair should be replaced, as it is in poor condition. The shower curtain is dirty, and there is fungus on the walls and ceiling. Furthermore, the roof leaked during rainfall, adding to the list of issues. The customer service provided was extremely disappointing. I had to request a refund and engage in prolonged discussions before finally receiving it for such a poorly maintained establishment. Unfortunately would not recommend this place.

This property was horrible!! The building is very old and runned down. You can't use your tv because they claim the internet doesn't work. I barely had any water pressure in my sink and shower. There was also no microwave in the room. Some reason you only get 2 towels, no hand or wash towel was given to me, or complimentary shampoo or conditioner. I asked for another roll of toilet paper, and was handed a partial roll that must have been borrowed from another room. If it wasn't for the pool and good foood, my vacation definitely would have been a failure!!

Words can’t describe this property terrible not near what they advertised for, no more bookings with Expedia ever, never as Expedia did not react on my first mail.

Not a bad location but the place is just a dump there was water in the hallways water on the dresser in the room I showed it to the guy who took me to the room he did not care one bit the TV had no remote the place smell moldy this place needs to be close down and get a good renovation the lobby area smell like pee I would not stay there again not even for free.

I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone who values their comfort, hygiene, health, or safety.
I stayed in room 14, and there were holes in the shower that looks something could come out any minute and attack; the room was shabby and unkempt. In addition, the sink and toilet were covered in a nasty stain that made them unusable, and they turned off the water at night.
The pictures online are misleading. I have no words for the condition at Cariblue - hard to say how it is still booking guesses; I felt robbed; what a waste of money. I was there to attend a funeral and had no time to search for another place to stay, or I would have left immediately.

This hotel was more like a motel it was dirty it took the old guy five minutes to get the door to close and stay close. The door was a door from a house. Key was like a key that you would just use to unlock your house the furniture was outdated there was mold in the bathroom, and there was no running hot water, When I felt so unsafe, the manager refuses to give me a refund on the room and told me all he could do was upgrade me to a different room. There was a bar downstairs that was kind of attached to this “motel” and I was in the first room so I didn’t feel safe at all. I even told him I can’t stay in this room with mold especially because I have asthma. He didn’t care he said you should have read the policy.

I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay at that rundown hotel. It was hot as hell in the room. The sheets on the bed were dirty & dingy looking. There was no small towels to take a shower with, I had to use a big towel to shower with. The tv only caught 3 stations & I really didn’t appreciate how I was living In Jamaica 🇯🇲 Overall My trip was everything that I expected..

Visiting this hotel was the worst experience of my time coming to Jamaica. The hotel was not well taken care of, there was no television in the room, the bathroom was run down and the cupboards were falling apart. I would not recommended anyone to stay here. After paying to spend 2 nights, I could not stay not 1 night, i had to leave and this was without getting a refund or the manager trying to fix the situation. I had to leave an find other reservation.

Had a beautiful view from outside the room and that was it! The building is badly in need of maintenance and the pictures on expedia must have been taken over 20 years ago.

The hotel was okay the staff were friendly the room was out dated ( not like there internet pictures) the plugs could have had covers on them the 2 lamps had no light bulbs bathroom was fine just short on water if the next room was showering at the same time but over all felt very safe and the Spritz restaurant was excellent along with the views

This stay never occurred as I went to the hotel front desk and no one was there. I called and no one answered and when I talked to them next day they told me I was l wrong someone was there then Expedia denied me claim and sided with the hotel. I went directly to the hotel 2 days after and they refused to make me speak with management or see camera footage. This clearly is a case of an employee falling asleep on the job and lying in order to protect himself from losing it

I wasnt able to get a queen bed receptionist said they were booked but internet sowed 4 rooms available. The place is empty, old and need updating. Only one channel.

The hotel is very run down. My room was very sticky and moldy. I tried to make a complaint to the manager but he was not available. I couldn't even stayed for the full length of my vacation. I had to move to another resort. Parking was a big problem. Very noisy at night's. My experience was very very horrible.
