The room was very relaxing, welcoming and clean. It definitely felt like a spoiled treat staying there! The breakfast options were incredible!! Coming back from exploring all day to that room was a treat! Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great location - excellent staff and a super chilled vibe

This is a beautiful, serene hotel right next to the Arno river only a 10 - 15 walk from the station. The courtyard before you reach reception looks very inviting and the reception area is both luxurious and welcoming. Our room had a little balcony overlooking the courtyard and also had a view of a bell tower and the city roofs. The air conditioning was also very welcome in 35 degree heat! The room had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge (us Brits love a cup of tea in the morning!) and the bathroom was very well appointed. We took a book and a drink up to the rooftop terrace a few times and watched the sunset from there one evening. Beautiful! Breakfast was stunning! Such an array of food. I particularly enjoyed trying some if the traditional Tuscan fayre and I had a fresh omelette cooked for me on one morning. The hotel is very close to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi gallery. We walked everywhere so no need for taxis or public transport. There are some lovely restaurants nearby too. All in all this was a gem of a hotel and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Our AC never got the room cooler than 80 degrees Fahrenheit, our jacuzzi tub didn’t work and ants in the room. Room itself was beautiful as was the location.
