Overall experience of the Zen Villa was good. Our host Nicole stocked the refrigerator with breakfast foods and provided bottle water as the water isn’t drinkable. However, theirs some areas of improvement I would recommend are as followed: Cons: 1. Upfront communication needs to be improved. As the daily housekeeper fail to restock tissue and because we didn’t notify Nicole prior to 7pm which we were never advised of time limitation this need wasn’t met until 12pm the next day. 2. We were advised of 21usd laundry service fee per bag nothing about them making decision of separating clothes into various groups based on color which resulted in a charge of 65 usd for 3 groceries size bags of laundry. No bleach was used so whites weren’t as clean and some clothes were still damp and the pickup although was advise would be in morning didn’t occur until afternoon. 3. Limited quality dining options within walking distance. Transportation to restaurants on the beach which is less than a 10min ride for Uber 154 usd round trip cost. In addition because the property location off road each Uber driver fail to pickup at the property drive way which resulted in a 3min walk. 4. The lower level bathroom and bed dated and can use a makeover. Pros: 1. Daily housekeeping, and private yacht arrangements 2. Beautiful views and friendly people 3. Transportation arrangement from airport was helpful for our party of 8 4. Nice adult size pool and fire pit option
