The kitchen is not well equipped it only had one coffee cup for three people so we did ask for more and they did provide them.There is no dish soap,pots pans or anything for cooking the blender was dirty the counters were not clean either. There was no bath mat or face cloths and the safe was locked , we requested to have it open so we could use it they said they would but never did. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of things. It is very noisy due to El Fogen next door with live music they are open until 3:00 a.m. also take note this property has no elevator. We are able-bodied so it did not affect us but we were on the 5th floor and had to walk almost 80 stairs each way.. the beds were very comfortable but only have sheets, we requested blankets and we're told they didn't have any. The water is gravity feed so the shower has zero pressure and sometimes zero hot water. It was NOT an overall negative experience just not exactly what we were expecting, just trying to share all the information.

We got what we were looking for.
Overall we like our stay. Has a lot off street food and small and big restaurants. El Fagon restaurant is right next door, always has line of people.
First night i thought that i could not sleep because of the noise from the restaurants, so i used ear plugs, but next nights i decided not to use them and noise didn't bother me.
Also nice torta place Pancho Villa is only a block away.
We bought a lot of street food and always had great experience. Our daughter loves el pastor tacos 🌮.
We haven't timed it, but around 8-10 minutes walk to the beach.
Walmart is right near to the place as well if you need some essentials.
