Older style timber beach house right near the popular Top Shop and walking distance to beautiful Clarkes Beach. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house one with an ensuite, a family bathroom, lounge area with air conditioner and fully equipped kitchen. The parents retreat is a seperate building with its own bathroom, TV & air conditioner. There is off street parking for 2 cars in Paterson Lane and a fenced garden area with BBQ and outdoor setting. All of this an easy walk into town or the beach. This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office . You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics).
