Split into three spacious levels, this home base offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together each day. When you arrive, you will be greeted by the classic exterior tucked on a hillside. Yet, when you step inside, you will find excellent modern touches, vaulted ceilings, and fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows that let in an abundance of natural light into the great room. This main level will be the hub for entertaining, as the stunning full kitchen, well-appointed living area, a warming fireplace with a massive TV mounted above, and a stylish dining area. You can easily step outside to the furnished deck and sip a favorite drink as you breathe in that famous pin-filled air. The modern appliances, ample counter space, and plethora of utensils in the contemporary kitchen are more than ready to assist in preparing tasty recipes. Or, keep it casual and fire up the gas grill outside to host a classic cookout. The laundry room allows everyone to pack light! With everything you need and more, what are you waiting for? THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was an amazing house with great fixtures and features. Very convenient location. The only small things that didn’t work was the downstairs shower due to the handle. I will say, they did offer to fix during our stay but we declined! So super fast response time! Then the downstairs toilet would run so we found this out when the water commissioner came in the am. Which was great!! Those two minor things didn’t stop us from having an amazing experience with the house!! Can’t wait to stay there again.

I had a recent stay at this cozy getaway in Lake Arrowhead, and it was absolutely delightful. The cabin has three bedrooms and three baths, which provided ample space for our group. The check-in process was very convenient and we had great communication during our stay. What added a special touch to our stay was the collection of board games available, perfect for a night in with friends! Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Clean, close to best destinations in arrowhead. Spacious— 3 guests stayed this trip but the location could have easily hosted 6 or 7 without being too tight.

Vacasa is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had some trouble with the lock upon arrival due to opperator error but that was finally resolved. We enjoyed sitting on the patio decks. We were able to find an umbrella stand and an umbrella which provided much needed shade during the day. If you're planning on cooking be sure to bring condiments as there was only salt when we arrived. We left a small olive oil, salt/pepper and foil for the next guest. All and all, its a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay!

We spent a few days here for new year’s and it really is a lovely home; clean and spacious. The entrance is a bit tricky but everything was excellent overall. If anyone is interested, the town is close to find anything you might need and it’s a beautiful too

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We had more than enough space for our family of 5. We felt relaxed, comfortable and cozy throughout the entire time we were there. My kids didn’t want to leave! Also the communication with Vacasa was great. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
