This was a great property. The location was excellent. The only thing you should do is check your cleaning service. We had to sweep the kitchen floor and under the sofa when we arrived. We noticed there was dampness under the kitchen sink. We didn't see any leaks, but the towels were damp under the sink. Overall, it was great. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Hot Springs.

I own a condo at Beacon and when I have a lot of my family in I rent an additional unit so that we can all be together. Your unit was the best I've rented here. Next time I need extra room, I'll certainly try to rent yours. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our time here. It was clean, organized and easy communication. We actually met a man who lives in this facility and was super nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions. I will mention this building is an older place. This particular condo has been remodeled. But there is a smell of old. Lol I’m a stickler on smells. Otherwise it’s a great place and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and cute! Excellent communication made it very easy to check in and find everything needed for a relaxing stay. Thoughtful touches made it feel like home.

We recently spent time here to view the fall colors of the area. We found this beautifully renovated condo to be a perfect choice. It was immaculately clean, the master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The seventh -floor view of the lake and shoreline was beautiful especially at sunrise. We enjoyed the electric fireplace each evening and the enclosed balcony with its hanging egg chair was perfect for relaxing. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to enjoy the shops, restaurants, bars, & bathhouses downtown; yet it provided such a perfect place away from the crowds and hustle bustle. We will return hopefully for the racing season.
