Easy to get into room,used key code with no problem, and I liked not having to keep up with a physical key.
only thing that could have been better is the cooking pans, not your fault, people use wrong cooking uteinsels and scratch the pans, so everything you cook sticks to pan.

Love this place. We have been here several times! Comfy beds, spacious rooms and clean. Right on the lake, in a great location!

The parking was simple and it wasn’t a busy area. The room was updated and had cute decor. The kitchenette was convenient and the view from the back patio was incredible.
The bed was very uncomfortable. When we tried to pull out the bed inside the couch, it was covered in filth and never cleaned. It had tons of stains on it. The dishes provided in the kitchenette were dirty. Because there is no office, you have to wait until the next day to receive supplies. We were given 1.25 rolls of toilet paper for our three day stay and couldn’t get any until the next morning when we ran out around 3:00 the afternoon before.

Easy to get in and out of parking lot.
Not having to take my trash up a hill. I think this should part of housecleaning job. Additionally the cold drink machine was out of order and so was the snack machine. Also there wasn’t;s an ice bucket to go get ice. It didn’t mention no elevator and my friend has had 2 knee surgeries. Therefore I had to bring everything up the 15 steps numerous times.
