Just what our family needed had a wonderful time will go back.

Roofers we’re putting on new roof on house behind us. Playing loud music and construction noice all day Friday and Saturday. Pool and pool bar area was Really nice.

This property and management team w was great. Pool and hot tub were very clean. We had an amazing time. Would rent again!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood just a short 15 minute drive into downtown Hot Springs. The house is close to several great restaurants (Lost Creek Grill and Mi Pueblocita) along with a great donut shop and BBQ joint. Krogers and Walmart are ten minutes away and you can be in the Lake Hamilton action in under twenty minutes. However, there is no reason to leave the house because it has a glorious backyard entertainment area. We were in town for a softball tournament and everyone wanted to come to our house to relax around the pool. The owner is a dream to rent from and very responsive to my queries. The air conditioner kept the entire house cool even in 100 degree temperatures. The house has two large refrigerators to hold all of the party items. You will love the decor with its homage to Marilyn Monroe. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Our family enjoyed our time at this beautiful home! Everyday was spent in the pool, hot tub, or all of us in the cabana/bar/game area (including our 2 Frenchie’s)! There were only a few minor issues, nothing that we couldn’t remedy ourselves without having to bother the homeowner. The pool sticks were all thrown down on a table and did not have tips on them. No problem! My husband bought new tips for them and hung the rack for the cue and sticks on the wall; so they’ll be ready for the next renters. It was requested that we start a load of laundry (towels/bedding) at departure, but there was no laundry detergent. Since we did not plan on washing clothes while there, we didn’t bring any with us… so we just bought some and brought it home with us after washing a load. The beds were all very comfortable, so we slept well! The pool lights were not working and there were a couple of boards down on the privacy fence; but there appeared to have been a bad storm recently, as several homes in the neighborhood were in the process of having repairs. We are completely understanding of situations beyond our control and aren’t knocking the homeowners at all! The home was beautiful and well kept, otherwise! We will definitely go back in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. A beautiful home with an awesome backyard oasis. From the huge swimming pool to the hot tub, outdoor bar and pool table, we were never bored. My family had the best time staying here and we will definitely be repeat renters.

This house and pool are just incredible! We had 10 women ranging in ages from 13-49. The pool, hot tub, and bar area are perfect places to relax and have fun for the whole crew!

The house was beautiful. Has things that need to be fixed. Only problem we had was there were 9 of us and we had to call for more towels. They had only left 4 between both bathrooms. I own a cleaning business so I noticed things that need to be done. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay.

I was searching for a pet friendly property with a pool for the kids and this was one of the 3 choices on vbro.The pictures the host has listed does not fully show the beauty of this property.It was an amazing and relaxing home. To start off the beds are comfy which was a huge plus for us. There are 4 bedrooms 1 master 2 w queen beds and one with a twin over full bunk for kids. The master bath has a bath tub with jets that fit 2 ppl And a walk in shower. The master bedroom opens up onto a patio with a view of the pool. Beside the pool is a hot tub and also a cool cabana with a bar and pool table and other games to play.Wal-mart and doordash both deliver to this property.The host was very down to earth and responsive.The house is located in a area that was peacful. We were a little worried about being so loud and disturbing the ppl next door but they had music playing and seemed to not be bothered by our kids spalshing and laughing loudly. My favorite part of this house was it is pet friendly.You cannot leave your pet alone in the home if you leave unless its in a kennel which is understandable. The only cons of this house was the pots and pans are old and scratched but thats no biggy just heads up to bring your own if you plan to cook often or big family meals. We will def be back agian soon.This home and hotsprings town were amazing!

This place has everything you need to have fun! We barely left the house and stayed outside most of the day. The full kitchen and outside grill (we used the charcoal) made it super convenient to just stay in and make dinner instead of going out. When you get tired of swimming you can get into the hot tub. It’s perfect at night when it’s cooler. Then hop on over to the pool table to play a game of pool, or a game of darts. The sound system was so awesome to have and we listened to it continuously while swimming or playing games. The bar area was so awesome to have right there next to the pool and pool table. We kept the drinks mixed and kept them coming. The only thing missing was a refrigerator out there. It would’ve been convenient to have, along with a place for the ice, next to where we were making drinks. We made it work by using a big bowl full of ice. If you like the small nugget ice, there is a Sonic just down the road that sells bags of their sonic ice. It’s great for drinks! Also, there is a Walmart right next to the Sonic so you can grab all your food items and stock up for the days you’re there. We will not hesitate to come back here. It was a blast!

I’m a bit of a planner, so I wish the check in and out process would have been sent sooner without messaging the owner. We had a party of 5 total, but only received 6 small bath towel that smelled extremely mildewed. That made it hard to dry off out of the pool and also shower. We wanted to watch the tv from the pool, but couldn’t because the plastic is nailed down through the openings. Lastly, we noticed a lot of broken things. I feel like it was more than normal wear.

Great house! Super comfortable. Back yard has so many fun and unique things to experience from the pool to the hot tub, the bar area was SO fun and my kids played tether ball for hours. Ray was really responsive and addressed any issues that we had and made everything right. Overall, really good experience.

Adult children loved the pool and hot tub. House was in a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe. I absolutely loved the master bedroom and how the doors opened up to view patio and pool area. The game room was awesome also. House is close enough to stores. Owner responded right away with any questions. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

We came to Hot Springs to go to the races at Oaklawn. This house worked perfectly for what we wanted to do. The house is nice and the pool / bar area was great for us to relax after a day a the races. I would stay here again.

Property was clean, lots of amenities. Great outdoor space. Too cold to go for a swim but the hot tub and fire pit were great. Pool table and enclosed bar area was a pleasant surprise Space was huge, liked that there was an extra fridge, helpful with a larger group. Owner was super helpful, I would recommend for a group looking for a good time

When we seen pictures of the property look beautiful in the pictures, stayed Friday through Sunday we paid extra $100 per day to have the pool heated we were promised to 80° pool never got over need to 72 only the first night and was about 60 to 65° the rest of us of the stay too cold to use. Hot tub we use first night never got over 85° little cold for a hot tub but we used it anyway the first night. Contacted owner in the morning about pool and hot tub asked him to call me give him my phone number he never called. Only communicating through text through. The website. I was given instructions to run a garden hose to the pool and add water water never got below the skimmers. I was also given instructions to turn off the hot tub via breaker box, leave power off for approximately five minutes and turn it back on and was told it took 5 to 6 hours for it to heat up. Spent the day in town. Came back later that evening to check the hot tub in the pool to find out. They still are not heating message the owner back-and-forth give me the runaround told me that there was no way you can get a repair man out there for the weekend basically told me tough luck and then blamed us for the hot tub not working because we had the cover off when it was too cold outside. he said he was going to refund me the extra money that I paid to heat the pool since we weren’t able to use it. There are hand written passive, aggressive notes and a whole page of long of rules and work to do on the property while you’re there. after leaving the property on Sunday about three days later I got a message saying that I was being charged $500 for hot tub repairs that exceeded $500 because“ we left the cover off and subzero temperatures “. The temperature in Hot Springs never reached below zero and the dates that we were there. No we’re in the passive aggressive notes taped all over the house was there anything that we need to do special with the hot tub. There was multiple things that were broken on that property the maintenance there was poor it was dirty there’s tools and other equipment laying all over the yard. I’ve never rented a place to where they wanted you to strip the beds fill the pool etc. a weekend getaway turn into a nightmare the reason we rented the place because it has a pool and a hot tub and we were promised a heated pool and a working hot tub. We got neither one said we got a bill. Save yourself the hassle pick the next one.

We enjoyed our time in Hot Springs. Although it was too cold for us to muster up too much energy to do much of anything, we did make it out for some wine tasting. We paid to heat the pool but it was just too cold to enjoy, for us at least. My recommendation for that is to make sure it's above freezing, lol. We did enjoy the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful. And the backyard was secure so that we could let our dachshund out to potty without having to stand out in the cold while she sniffed every blade of grass. Would recommend this lovely property.

My family rented this home for Thanksgiving and had a blast. It was prefect for the colder days during late November. The heated pool was a warm 90 deg even when it was in the mid-50s and the hot tub was relaxing, The outdoor bar area had a TV for football, darts, pool table, corn hole, and even a tether ball pole. Raymond stopped by to show us the different outdoor heaters he had setup for us and to make sure we were set to have a good time. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Raymond!!

My husband and I plus the kiddos and dogs had a great time! The house has great activities to get the kids off the phones, the dogs enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed the bar set up! The house was clean and had the kitchen setup with the pots/pans and utensils needed to cook meals. The hot tub was great especially since we went right before thanksgiving and it was chilly at night, the kids enjoyed the hot tub while we played pool and darts. I was able to keep an eye on the kids in the hot tub while we were in the bar area. Raymond was very responsive to the few questions I had, there were no issues. We really had a great time and hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the pool!!

The house was nice and spacious. The backyard had plenty of distractions for people of all ages. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the number and quality of the bath towels.

House was really well decorated and beds were very comfortable. The outdoor living area with the pool table and dart board was great. We were able to enjoy the outdoor bar while playing cards. Overall a great trip.

The property was fantastic. We definitely want to come back next year during the summer so we can enjoy the lake as well! We were close to everything! Able to enjoy some fishing, hiking with our dogs and some other stuff around the town like the casino and distillery. Also, we loved that they had a fenced in yard and we were able to bring our dogs! So nice!! We even spent a lot of time at the house because it was so cozy. So much to do! Hot tub, pool table, firepit and fireplace. The pool was open as well but we came in Nov so we didn't jump in. Looked fantastic tho! Owners were wonderful to talk to and responded with any questions we had right away. I highly recommend staying here!! We will be back!

Started out ok..the host would respond to my messages of concern about how to operate thermostat..it never worked and was told to use space heaters that were there. We did this until one started to smell bad. We had to unplug it & the remaining heater did not heat the house sufficiently. WE had to purchase 2 space heaters for heat, which did not heat the house enough for everyone to be comfortable. The host asked that a package that he was having delivered to be brought into the house. We were happy to help, but soon after, he stopped responding to our messages about the lack of heat. After several more attempts to contact the host, there was never a response. So no, we were very dissatisfied with our stay & will not be recommending this host to anyone.

There really aren't words to describe how amazing this house was! The host was super nice and quick to respond to us! 5 stars doesn't do this place justice! If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation this is the spot!

It had everything we needed

Location was great for all the things we anted to do in and around hot springs, including going to the crystal mines and hiking at lake Catherine. Loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor area. Owner was very quick to respond to questions before and during stay and gave us a heads up when pool service was coming over. House amenities were well described in the description. We very much enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay!! The outdoor area's were great for relaxing and fun. The hot tub and pool were both very clean! The bar area and pool table were a good time. The beds were comfortable! The house was clean! Bathrooms including showers and tub were also very clean! We will be renting this property again! Highly recommend!!!! Host was also great to work with and very helpful.
