"Modern Mountain Missouri Heights Home '' in an Equestrian neighborhood on 3 acres. This single family home rental has 360 degree mtn views. New remodel, price reflects a punch list of small items to be completed externally & interiorly, however areas pictured are well appointed & mostly complete. We just can’t wait to host and share the beauty! Panoramic views of 4 mountain ranges....hands down the most stunning sunsets in the world next to Greece.
The space
This home is an ideal location for guests looking to explore all the county has to offer, sitting right in the middle of it all. Six miles from your home is the public transit park and ride to all the ski hills, just 25 miles away. Parking your car at the park & ride is the best solution to avoid expensive hourly Aspen or Snowmass town/ski parking, often at capacity. At the park and ride you will find Whole Foods, an array of restaurants/breweries that have sister locations is Aspen, Gyms, bowling, the arts center, the Temporary (featuring entertainment & concerts), yoga & pilates studios, a nail spa, a massage parlor, clothing & gift shops, dermatology/botox specialist, & consignment all located in Willits outdoor dining & shopping Center.
Five more miles north west will take you to the town center of Carbondale & the Rodeo. 25 miles west of the house you will find the Ironbridge Hot Springs, Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs, the Glenwood Caverns & Adventure Park, & the Yhampa Spa.
25 miles east of the house you will find Aspen airport and its four ski mountains. As well as the infamous Maroon Bells, one of the top five photographed locations in the world.

Beautiful property with amazing vistas. The kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful! So relaxing! We didn’t have to eat a single meal in a restaurant because cooking at home was so simple. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the property for1 month and enjoyed it immensely. We were concerned about the commute to Aspen and Snowmass but the drive was so scenic that it was never an issue. Two of the bedrooms are quirky. At one point we had 4 adult couples that offered a challenge. One bedroom is bunk beds ideally designed for children. The 4th bedroom is a queen size bed that is bordered by three walls similar to accomodations you would find in a boat. The rest of the home was fantastic.

Beautiful view and convenient location between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Quiet neighborhood up on a hill. Fun decor. Once things come together more it’ll be an amazing vrbo, such as being able to use the larger upper deck. It would have been nice if the outside metal lawn furniture had cushions and if the floor (both levels) and kitchen drawers were cleaner. It’s a little disorganized but it’s a cute funky place that was fun to stay in.
