An enchanting stay awaits at this charming split-level vacation home perfect for extended families who want to vacation together but still have separate living spaces for plenty of privacy! Highlights include a fantastic private backyard, ample space for the whole family, and a private patio with a grill. You'll love the feeling of privacy while being close to all the incredible shopping, dining, and activities the Brewster area has to offer. Enjoy your stay a short driving distance away from a wide array of fantastic beaches, golf, and area amenities. Don't forget your rod and reel because Nickerson State Park has some of the best freshwater fishing on the Cape. THINGS TO KNOW This is a split-level home with separate entrances, kitchens, bedrooms, TVs, and sofas on the upper and lower levels. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. zero hot water for first night and most of the second day. Communication to get fixed was very difficult. To there credit they did eventually get it fixed and guy who came out was very professional

The house was clean, loaded with all kinds of odds and ends you might forget to pack, and the rooms were cooled by multiple air conditioners.

Great location to Brewster beaches and restaurants. The cottage itself is old but very quiet, homey, and comfortable and had everything we need. We had a great stay!
